Wendy's — Restaurant in Trussville

3rd edit: 9:30 pm on a Wednesday night, and they are closed again. Hours says open til midnight. This is ridiculous. Its always the same rude employee that answers the window and says they are closed. He is rude as hell, and when you explain they took a door dash order, he slams the window. This is ridiculous. If I was the franchise owner, I'd be pissed about the amount of money lost bc of my employees. I'm scared to eat here. I don't know what they will do to my food. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Do NOT reward this type of behavior. Money is harder to come by and better spent elsewhere. If the chain fast food places no longer care, there are 100's of small business/restaurant owners that will serve you food made with love and care. WENDY'S ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION?!?!?! FRANCHISE OWNER?!?!?! WHAT ABOUT YOYR BOTTOM LINE? GET NEW EMPKOYEES ASAP. THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL RUNNING YOUR NIGHT CREW. ITS NOT JUST ONCE, ITS EVERY FREAKING NIGHT ALMOST. ESPECIALLY ON YOUR BUSIEST NIGHTS. 2nd edit: tried again, and they were closed on a Friday night. Local games were being played, and they decided to leave, I guess, and left all the lights on with a sign that says pull around. This location is so messed up. Needs total crew and management overhaul. Door Dashers, if it says Trussville, don't accept. There is a very good chance they will be closed or something will be wrong. ALWAYS. Edit: What time does this location close? They should change the hours for sure. It's been crazy for the past few weeks. Drive by and lights on, and no one will answer. Door Dashers BEWARE!!! Stopped to get a cheeseburger and fries, the order was right, but all of it was cold. It was almost as cold as the service provided. They just slammed the window, no nothing. I checked the order just to be sure it was all there and did not touch it until I got home. 5 minutes away. No way, it should have been cold. I like Wendy's, but if you're going to raise your prices that high, at least make sure the food is edible. They have a bad habit of shutting the lights off and pretending to be closed when the sign says open late at night. Just be aware before you waste money...

This shouldn’t be a one start at all. I threw up after driving back to return the food. The food was cold and had a terrible taste. My 4 children said it was terrible I took one bite out of my sandwich and due to hunger I consumed it. The taste was off but the reason I threw up was waiting outside for 20 minutes to get my refund to watch German roaches crawling on the building and two other types. When I pulled up to the window after waiting another additional 15min in line I watch as a smaller German roach make his way up the glass sliding window and went in as it was left open. I couldn’t see the food score at all either. My daughter loves the chicken nuggets and that was the ONLY reason we stopped in the first place. I will be taken this further only due to the 1:30 min process and the 20min I spent trying to call the location which never answered and went to the full message system to hang up on me . I would like to give them this opportunity to better there service and employment staffing procedures but I will be calling the health department and demand a full investigation and check of this store. I counted 18 roaches in total on the outside of the building and the one German roach that entered the window. FYI I was told by many pest control services if you have one German then you have at least 10 or more and those are the hardest to get ride of. Most people in residential building or homes would move due to them. Please as a past food manager i urge you to stay away from this location. I am currently in the bathroom trying not to throw up my stomach acid. I am very disturbed that this place is able to Serve food at all. Please take my word and save yourself the trouble...

If I could give it 0 stars I would. There is always something going on at this location. There was a fight between two employees last week, but I will say manager handled it well. For the past few days this location has apparently been closed with workers at work on the inside. As of yesterday I’m there was a sign on the drive thru that read SYSTEM DOWN. This location needs to be more considerate of its customers. I was a regular customer and the way this location does business is embarrassing in as the location of this business being there is so much traffic on this road where the business is located meaning business could be amazing along with sales if the workers and higher managers would do something about the opening of this location. Also the parking lot is a hot mess as I went last week and also on yesterday where is construction workers looked as if they just through hot pavement in parking lot and left it. No smoothing out no nothing feels like a roller coaster ride when pulling in and remind there’s a lot of traffic so you pretty much have to foot it. It upsets to not only have to see if my front bumper is still in place, but to also sit there wondering why my mobile order is not being accepted. This has been going on for way to long. Tired of the excuses at this location. It’s always system down, don’t have enough workers, and so on so on. Wendy’s get your crap together at this location or close it down cause...
