First off no reciept. 2 meals with out fries..one meal has the wrong drink aand both drinks are supposed to be no ice. I originally asked for a strawberry lemonade and quickly changed my mind to a regular soda. But Shotcuts where taken when ordering so they dont even have an accurate record of what i got. And rather than accepting responsibility and making up for it and the fact that i have to now travel back to them. They offers to replace one drink and give me my fries.. Really.... Cmon.. Im home now.. Im not goi g back tonight..and I would expect a free meal like every where else offers. When they screw up my order.. Wether it be just missing fries or not.. Compensate the customer you messed up on. Especially if you want return customers

Read moreI had a terrible experience at the drive through. It took 10 minutes to get to the window and I was only the third car. They tried to charge me nearly double for someone else's order. Apparently they hadn't gotten my order (medium 5 piece chicken tender with BBQ sauce and a Cherry Coke). Well, they gave me a small fry and no sauce. They corrected before I left. But the fry was a combo of onion rings, waffle fries and regular fries in one container. WHAT? And the Coke was inedible. I have no idea what was wrong but it was very, very gross (and had zero cherry flavor). The chicken was good but one out of three items being correct (while now waiting 12 minutes) isn't acceptable. Not sure why anyone would stop here- unless they like mystery meals. There are tons of other options...
Read moreUpdate 9/2025: The employees here HATE online orders. Ordering in the app is the only way to eat here affordable, but the staff will treat you like trash in the drive thru if you are there to pick up an order.
Previous review: Standard mediocre Carl’s fare. Very indifferent staff. Often close earlier than the times that are posted. About 25% of my orders have been wrong or missing items. I still come back a couple times a year when I’m craving a burger because it’s so close to home, but anything other than a wrong order or food that looks lazily slapped together is a rare pleasant surprise. I’ve had one interaction with a manager and I do believe that he cares about his job/customers, but the same can’t be said for the staff, especially those working...
