Starbucks — Restaurant in Tualatin

Update- I was singled out by the store manager this morning and reminded of this review. The times where my drink was consistently wrong has passed, they clearly did retraining about it and solved the issue. I appreciate the effort they did around my specific issue and should rightfully give credit where it is due. I truly appreciate being called out for having not updated this review earlier- the work everyone did in solving the problem should have been formally recognized sooner. The store manager was kind and clear in her inquiry about my original review to make sure the store had made the changes.

Original review- Super friendly staff. My dogs love visiting the drive thru and curbside pickup. One of the easiest locations to get into in the area, specially when there is a bit of a line. It has a cute little creek by the Sherri's so every once and a while you'll see a beaver hanging out from the drive thru.

I wish I could give them a better rating but it's gone from occasionally getting my drink wrong to nearly every trip that I don't reverify how it's supposed to be made. I feel like a jerk bringing it up everytime and it ruins the experience. I promise it's not a complicated drink either, it's very basic- iced chai, no ice, 1 extra pump!

Walked in the store needed a pick-me-up. The atmosphere of employees were lively, friendly and cheerful. The staff engagement with customers only got better. On March 17th around 1000 my barista was an absolute sweetheart and got my order exact! I wish I remembered her name. However, the absolute rockstar was Mariah at the register!! Her energy was motivating for a new day. She wrote a message on each customers meal package… mine read “slay the day away” while my coffee cup read “cheers!” PLEASE GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE! It’s one thing to be kind to customers, it’s another to go above and beyond the universe to change someones perspective on a new day. You never know what someone is going through and I am not the only customer truly appreciating her value to customer service, the team and this establishment!!! Thank you Mariah!

Large floor plan, with fast and friendly service, prices are decent. Free Wi-Fi, this cafe sells roasted Cafe Arabica coffee grounds for coffee & espresso, the location includes a drive-through, but walking in is still easy to do. On-site barista produces consistent espresso shots, there is bicycle parking, and outdoor seating. Oregon Grape plants grow alongside the building paralleling the larger bushes elsewhere in the Martinazzi square. Quality music, often rotating jazz and hip-hop.
