On February 12, 2025, my daughter myself and my granddaughter went through drive-through the lady on the other side of the speaker obviously was not in a good mood or does not like her job because she was in a hurry to get us out of there. She was in a hurry to get us off the speaker. She didn’t want to take the time to wait for us to decide what we are getting. I myself had never been there before so I was trying to decipher what I was gonna receive and purchase well, we decided to get two Carne Asada burritos and get my grandbaby who is not even to rice and beans and she loves chips and queso. Then my daughter ordered two Horchata drinks with green sauce on the side for our burritos when we approach the window, we’re waiting for our food. It takes quite a while for them to provide us with our food. We get back home, and our chips and cheese were not chips and queso are chips and cheese were literally chips with shredded cheese melted on them. It didn’t say chips with shredded cheese on their menu. It said chips and queso. We called them and get told oh we don’t have a case so well you didn’t tell us you didn’t have a K so we ordered it for the price you guys were wanting you gave us chips and shredded cheese. We didn’t want chips and shredded cheese. Oh sorry we don’t have queso well there went that money down the drain on that item. Then my daughter takes a bite of a burrito And says gross and I’m looking at her cause I haven’t opened my burrito yet and she says oh this taste horrible I said what’s wrong. She said it taste like a chemical and I said no way it taste like bleach take a bite of my burrito and a holy wow, I can’t even explain how nasty this item tasted. It was foul. It was one of the worst nasty tasting burritos I have ever had in my life the chemical taste and it was horrible so when we made the call back to the restaurant to let them know and inform them that we receive chips with shredded cheese, not chips and queso, and the burritos tasting of chemicals. We were told that my daughter would receive a full refund for the products now anybody that knows Customer Service anybody that knows a manager taking care of a situation or supervisor on duty taking care of a situation. You should receive it within 5 to 10 business days as a refund well when my daughter is talking to the person on the Phone, the person goes. Oh, we don’t have a manager here. I’ll have to take your phone number down and let them know and you can call back in the morning if you don’t hear anything so when my daughter calls back the following morning to speak with a manager, the manager says oh you should’ve brought the food back in and you should’ve came in And picked up the refund or had to come in and got your food remade that was never given an option to come back into the location to get food remade or any of that my daughter was basically told to wait until she heard from a manager so we had to throw our food away. We had no meal for that Night And still no resolved issue of what it happened and occurred so my daughter does speak to a manager of the following morning and they said it will take 5 to 10 days or so to receive a full refund on her account her debit card well she’s now called the location back Three times because there’s still no refund on her debit card for the amount that she was guaranteed that she’d receive I have called the location and we get told the same thing I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor on duty and get told there is not one there I ask how is that possible a business being around if there’s no supervisor or manager or someone in charge at the location How does a business function she says oh let me take your phone number. I will give it to the manager or get a hold of the manager and contact the company so you’ll get your refund. It’s now been 12 days and still no refund. Read moreI ordered my son a quesadilla with rice ONLY. I SPECIFICALLY made it an issue to say NO REFRIED BEANS!!!! SEVERAL TIMES. The worker was rude like "Yeah okay we all get it NO BEANS!" Rolling her eyes. The plate comes out WITH BEANS! I said "Excuse me!? I asked about 4-5 times NO BEANS.... Why is there beans when the whole reason I am asking OVER AND OVER AND OVER, is because my son is allergic to beans! Can you please have the cook remake this?" She rolls her eyes again, does not apologize, and walks to the back and brings the plate right back!!! I flipped the quesadilla over BEANS EVERYWHERE!!!!! ALL SHE DID WAS SCRAPE IT OFF AND IGNORE ME!!!! I will never return!
RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE I appreciate that you took the time to let me know I am still "welcome" although "I" didn't do anything wrong. However, when we tried your food it was to try it for the first time to see if the food is any good, if the building is kept clean, and if the staff is nice and professional. That first time experience is what we look forward to, to learn if your restaurant is any good or not. The fact that the worker was rude and ignored us as customers is unprofessional and a big turn-off to someone that is experiencing your business for the first time. I wish the girl taking the order would have been nicer, I wish that you took the time to hear us the first time when we ordered and we're there ASKING for an item to be made to our liking, because my son couldn't eat his food that we paid for, instead of simply remaking a quesadilla which is only a tortilla and cheese, you penny pinched and scraped the beans off to save yourself time and money, but didn't realize that would be the final decision if we would ever return or not! Our conclusion was the food was honestly NOT THAT GREAT! Everything was BLAND, no flavor.... It all tastes the same. You did NOT care about our request when dealing with food ALLERGIES which can be very serious health wise, the lady taking the order and that scraped the beans off and brought it right back with the bean juice hidden underneath as if we would not be smart enough to look, was very rude and UNWELCOMING! And with that, we decided we would NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! Also in the past this was called "HABANEROS" and we came for the "GRAND-OPENING", over time the restaurant would treat EVERYONE as they did me and they were also dirty not cleaning and the reviews started to show food with cockroachs in it, at which point they kept everything the same, they just changed the name of the restaurant to fool people into thinking this is a new place but it is the same! Same restaurant, same staff, same food, same attitude! Nothing has changed! I have not been back to eat because I don't want to have another bad experience. I have delivered food from here and I don't see it any different, everything seems the same, and the people are still rude! If you had made my first experience here a good one by smiling, being nice, actually listening to my order and special request and even if it was a mistake, if you had been HONEST and just remade the quesadilla, everything would have been fine and my family would have been repeat customers, but you lied to our face and treated us as if you didn't care which is sad because first impressions last forever! So remember treat EVERY customer great and learn to LISTEN, because there are better restaurants that take the time to listen and care and that is where I will be spending my time and money! Read moreAccording to the sign outside this place is under new ownership which might explain why it has some good reviews. Mine is not one of them. I was craving mexican food and always look forward to trying new to me places, so yesterday I chose Las 4 Lunas. I ordered #13 which is basically a pick 2 that comes with rice and refried beans. My 2 selections were a hard shell beef taco and a bean burrito. The first thing I noticed when I got my order was the temperature - everything was lukewarm (and I am being generous with "lukewarm"}. The only "fixings" offered were salsa. No lettuce, no tomato, no pico de gallo, nothing! I decided to try the taco anyway LOL. The beef taco was a deep fried taco which, while not my favorite, could have still been loads better. Breaking it in half to view the contents I found nothing but a bit of shredded beef which resembled beef jerky it was so dry. I took a bite anyway, I really, really wanted this to taste good. It wasn't :( It was as dry as it looked, chewy and without flavor. This was not a fresh taco by any means. I set it aside.
Next up the lukewarm bean burrito. I had a little more interest in this as it appeared to be stuffed pretty nicely. I cut it in half so I could get right to the good stuff and HAHA, right after cutting it, the insides ran out. My bean burrito was stuffed with refried beans that were way too runny for the purpose of a burrito. The tortilla was soggy and unedible once you got past the outer layer. I usually love beans, all kinds, and these were flavorless, way too runny and again, not hot or even warm. On a slightly positive note, there was a little bit of cheese in my burrito. Unfortunately nothing else Another a huge disappointment.
I cannot recommend this place, it was awful. The food wasn't served at the proper temperature, the taco was old, no flavor, no fixings unless you want to buy cheese and sour cream (and salsa, you only get a teeny, tiny bit, then they start...
