The past 6+ or so months here i’ve had the worst experiences. They always send me to park out front even when no one else is behind me and every. single. time. they forget a bunch of items. it’s always the late night crew and to be honest the girl who works there with the braces looks like she hates her job and any interaction with her is like you’re inconveniencing her. No personality with major RBF, either get a job you like or go work in the back and not at the drive through. My last experience has turned me off completely as the last 2 times i went, the tortillas and shells were stale or not warmed up, thrown in a box all messy and missing 3 items, napkins and all sauces that were clearly listed in my online order, weren’t there and because she sends me to park out front, hands me the food blocking her face and doesn’t say anything but rushes back inside to a closed dining room, i have to go back through the drive through as no one answered the phone. Then it was all gross anyway… I’ve been going here for 11 years and it’s never been as bad as it is at night this last year. this is supposed to be the new cantina quesadilla, what i actually got was a dripping saucy mess with not melted cheese rolled up and shoved into a box. the whole meal was a waste of money… if you can’t simply add items to a bag that are clearly listed for you in black and white… maybe you need to go back to school to learn the basic fundamentals of reading and comprehension.

Story time! Late evening out at a show, need a snacky snack before heading home. Roll on into the Taco Bell for a taco with the lady. The line isn't long in the drive through so we go to order. They are out of green sauce, so no green bean burrito, that's strike one. They don't make a gordita any more, offered us a chalupa in lieu, apparently that's fried, no thanks, that's strike two... We complete our order and ask for "a lot" of hot sauce. I see on the order board "8 hot sauce" and I figured that would be enough. After the 8 minute drive home, we open the bag and there are five, count them, f.i.v.e 5 mild sauces in the bag. Is that "a lot?" Maybe to someone with none it's "more" but not a lot... Is it hot sauce? Nay! I say, Nay... it is neither "a lot" or "hot sauce." I managed to subsidize the paltry helping of mild sauce that is almost ketchup with some packets from a prior Taco Bell visit in my "packet drawer" in my home kitchen. You all know the packet drawer, it's the one next to the "junk drawer" above the "door that holds "the small appliances my spouse uses once every 5 years just to prove to to me we really needed it, and still needed it so don't donate it." So in the end, the Taco Bell night was not lost. Good, quick, happy service, we got a smile from the girl in the drive through.

I ordered a Cheesy Toasted Bacon burrito for $2.29 and requested additional cheddar cheese for $.80. I ate almost half of the burrito and tasted no cheese, at which point I documented the rest of burrito with some pictures. The last bite had a tiny bit of cheese. At no point in this dry burrito did I taste any nacho cheese At which point I turned around and drove back to the restaurant and went inside to address my disappointment with the quality of their product. After showing them my documentation, they completely ignored my documentation, denied my issue and claimed the burrito had the proper amount of both nacho and cheddar cheese. Even when I told them how dissatisfied I was with the way their product and how they handled my complaint, they simply just didn’t care and wasn’t interested at al,l about trying to make any of it right. The customer service at the Tualatin Taco Bell was grossly negligent. Taco Bell needs to care about the product they put out AND how their employees interact with their patrons.

I would honestly give a 0 if I could. I am not one to give a negative review, as I totally understand how difficult it is to work in a customer service related job. However, I am absolutely appalled by the treatment of the staff and the unwillingness to even try to be accommodating. I excitedly ordered online for a drive-thru pick up. However, when I got there at the drive-thru intercom, the woman who took my order yelled, "we don't have your order," before I even told her my name or order number. I calmly told her my name, and that I was there a few minutes early but was wondering if I could get it still. She very rudely said no, because you haven't "paid" ( I paid online and even received an order number) so I can't help you, you'll have to wait until your pick up time because it is not a paid order. I figured, waiting ten minutes wouldn't be a problem, so I pulled over to park until it was time. When the clock hit 8:30, I rolled back into the drive through and said "Hi, I'm back. My name is-------- and I was wondering if my order is ready." I kid you not, this women rudely told me that I did not pay and there is way to help me because there is no order. When I asked for the manager ( which I havre NEVER done), she said she IS the manager and would ask a higher up. Only to return and say sorry I can't help you because you didn't pay, after I offered to show her my order number. She continued to tell me that isn't a legit confirmation and they would not accept my order, that I must have gotten the wrong location and to contact the app customer service because she cannot help me. If was really out of her control, I understand. However, she was extremely rude and had a horrible tone the entire time. I truly couldn't believe it. I have never experienced being spoken to like that unwarranted and by a Taco Bell employee. I'm sad to say this, but I will never...

Never been inside, but went through drive thru once right before work, woman working window was terribly rude. When i went through drive thru had a lite cigerette in my hand without even noticing the small 2×2 sign out over to the side where one would normally not look that said no smoking within 10 feet. Now of course im new to oregon and yalls laws are a little different. The hateful woman without hesitation. Said something that i didnt understand i asked again whats happening and she pointed at my back window, i looked towards back of car again not understanding and she didnt say anything again im like whats wrong and she closed the window. Im baffled at this point looking towards my back window by this time im confused still wondering whats going on till the woman kept knocking pointing towards the back of the car. Finally after wasting 5 mins of my time letting my food go cold that she finally opened window and pointed around to the sign by this time i was fixing to put out my cigerette and didnt matter. But the look the woman was giving me and how she just shut the window and left me wondering what on earth was wrong with my car. Left a horrible taate in my mouth al she had to do was ask me to put it out, back in oklahoma you can smoke within 10 feet of a building only hospitals you have to be...
