I ordered an Extravaganza minus beef, minus black olives, and minus mushrooms, add bacon, add banana peppers, and add pineapple to replace the toppings removed. When I arrived at the restaurant I was greeted by one of the pizza makers, but not the cashier. The cashier asked the woman ahead of me if she had ordered and said she did. The cashier then proceeds to answer the phone and ignore the customer. One of the pizza makers screamed at the cashier that she needed to put the phone on hold and finish with the customer ahead of me. The phone is placed on hold, the cashier seems very confused, confirms the customers name, and then tells her her total and that her pizza is still cooking.

At this point I had already responded for a good 4-5 minutes that I was there waiting for my pizza on the Domino's "Pie Pass" app. But no acknowledgement to that had been made. The cashier and customer ahead of me are now discussing payment and the cashier has advised the customer that she will not be giving her any change even though she is giving the cashier $40 for about a $22 bill. Payment and change is finally decided and the cashier then asks me if I've ordered. I advised the cashier that I ordered online and she says she can't find me, then says I owe $8. Keep in mind that my name has been up on the digital signage this entire time that my order has been ready. I advised the cashier that I paid ahead of time and that the order was $14. The cashier seems very confused and almost confrontational when one of the pizza makers steps up and asks me what my order was. I advised him that it was a Supreme with some topping changes, notably pineapple. He corrects me and says, "You mean Extravaganza and I remember the pineapple." He locates the pizza and hands the box from the warming rack to the cashier who then passes it to me.

I make my way to the car and look at the pizza only to realize there was no bacon, very few green peppers, and no extra cheese. I've ordered essentially this same pizza from the store close to Emory and it was absolutely awesome so I know how good a Domino's CAN be. I know at this point there is no way I'm going to win trying to talk to this cashier or get any service quickly so I take my losses and proceed home as itnis late and I'm hungry.

This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location as they've actually given away my specific pizza before in which they baked me a new one and provided a desert for my extra 15 minute wait.

Included is a picture of the pizza with its sparse cheese and sparse sausage, but plenty of...

Ordered pizza online for pick up, arrived promptly, asked for pick up (my name) caucasian guy, retrieved pizza from rack, began to ring me up, and started talking to the customer coming in, he then continue to say if you're paying with the card, you need to use that machine pointing to the machine at the opposite register, I asked was he speaking with me due to him talking to the person behind me, Upon leaving I asked for napkins and plates, he told me to use the napkin dispenser for napkins, ??? (What do I look like pulling napkins) ???He begin to look under the counter for plates and told me they didn't have any, another associate, who is African-American then stated, yes, we do, in a sarcastic voice in which the Caucasian guy went back to the same area he had just looked over thoroughly, then gave me plates, the customer that came in behind me, and myself were shocked by our reactions, to one another, I made a sound outta of concern of why he did that, he said I sound like an alarm, I responded, he's the alarm, should I not come back. my bonnet, my appearance or skin color? As I exited the entrance. Every order is for my autistic son who only eats pizza from dominos, in which I’m a full time stay at home home mom (reason for appearance)!how dare u!! How dare you?

Hmm the fact that I'm a (VERY) loyal customer by record of online ordering at this same store and that’s one store, this has changed my mind about order from the company after that encounter. Takes no bad apple and had the employee not been there(thank u brother), he would have gotten away with treating a customer outside of...

I know you used to be the 30min or its free.. I know that went away. But after 2 hours of not receiving product or a call from the manager or someone explaining that someone was hit by a bus or a meteor hit the store. I ordered 2 x 10piece buffalo wings that are no longer hot. room temperature is the best description. Order started being prepped before 6pm and it arrives after 8pm. I havent ordered from Dominos in years, and picked tonight to give it another shot. The only potential saving grace is the pasta bowl with CHICKEN in it might not make me sick. Room Temperature chicken wings? its a cointoss. and they are tiny. I specially liked the delivery driver looking at me funny when I ask for the second 2liter and he tried to correct me. He provided one, but I call that attention to detail. with the slowness of the tracking app, I thought the person prepping my food might have fallen asleep since that took 20+ minutes. I've dropped your wings, untouched except to see how cold they were, in the garbage. pasta bowl has a chance. just a really expensive delivery service for two 2liters of soda I could have WALKED to purchase at a quarter of the price at the local store. I'd already cooked other dinner and finished before the food arrived and that was after an...

My partner and I have been loyal customers at this location for a good 12 months or so. Originally, we were HUGE Mellow Mushroom fans, but one day decided to give this local outlet a try. We were impressed, impressed enough to switch, and drop Mellow Mushroom... Used to be that our custom orders were made accurately, and the toppings plentiful, and the crust perfect. Not so much anymore… What happened? Staff, policy, or leadership changes? The last four orders we have placed with this location have been poor at best. Sparse, minimal toppings, or missing toppings despite specific instructions in our custom pizza saved profile. Burnt crusts, soggy crusts, or way more crust than actual pizza. For the near $60 per order that we spend here at least once or more every two weeks on average, I can do better myself with a quick trip to my grocery store. We’ll be spending our $60 at Mellow Mushroom going forward. This was supposed to be a Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch with extra chicken, tomato, and Philly Cheese Steak … Instead we got a few pieces of chicken, no tomato, and no Philly. Epic fail!
