The worst experience today for breakfast at this location. First i waited 15 minutes in line at the drive thru. Then I placed my order. The lady repeated it and had it incorrect. I repeated the order again and she repeated back and still incorrect. Then for the 3rd time i repeated the order. She said OK got it drive around. My order was 2- Egg and cheese Biscuits and 1- Chicken biscuit. When i pull up to the window she said $10.66. Now as a regular to CFA that i am for breakfast knew and well that that is too much. I asked the lady what I had ordered and she repeated 2- Chicken Egg and cheese biscuits and 1- chicken biscuit. I told her that is incorrect and repeated my correct order, which was 2- Egg and cheese biscuits and 1- chicken biscuit. She said ok, took the bag back and told the other lady that i wanted egg and cheese only no chicken on 2 of them. Spoke in Spanish to the cook to the tune of "remove the chicken from 2 of these". I asked the drive thru attendant that i want fresh ones and not removing chicken please. She said OK. Then asked me $10.66. Which was still incorrect and i still paid. Then handed me my bag. without a receipt.
I asked for a receipt and she casually printed it off and again on the receipt it had it incorrect. I was charged for 2- chicken egg and cheese and 1- chicken biscuit. I asked her again that she charged me incorrect. She then started talking to someone else in the store. So i handed the bag back to her and said it's OK and drove off. Out of my money and out of my food.
Thanks CFA for starting my morning with problems.
So then i called the store and asked for a manager. The lady answering the phone said I am a manager. I explained my problem then she said hold. Someone else came on the phone and i had to repeat my entire story. Regardless of anything i was saying she was not listening and wanted me to come back. I advised her again that the lines are over 15-20 minutes and why would i want another back experience?
This location totally discouraged me to visit a CFA for a while.
couple of issues: Staff does not listen to exactly what the customer wants are. They think they know. Train staff to truly listen to customers. Even though the order was incorrect charge the customer for the incorrect order. Shouldn't this be corrected? Why over charge the customer? management really should step up and come to the phone instead of making staff say they are managers. food prep should not be allowed to remove products from incorrect orders, new fresh items should be made. How do they know if you can and cannot eat certain things. In my case I do not eat Chicken, i do enjoy eggs and I am a frequent visitor of CFA for egg and cheese in the morning and waffle fries in the afternoon. Due to dietary restrictions, i do not eat Chicken. This is a big problem. Staff should have made fresh biscuit instead of pulling chicken from the ones already made. Even after I told the attendant that i...
Read moreHad my food in hand at the drive thru going up to multiple cars talking over it and handing it to the drivers. I’m watching all of this praying it’s not my food being tossed in and out of cars like this with the server hands on the top of the drink cup the entire time. But of course it was so as the car in front of me takes the food and goes through the bag and hands it back the server locks eyes with me realizing I saw all of that. She goes in and gets that persons food and comes back out with the same food and tries to give it to me. Obviously I didn’t want that anymore so I say no I’d like fresh food please. She takes the bag hands it to the guy packing the food and says remake. She asks me to pull forward but I say no I’d like to watch him remake it. He then dumps out the food and throws out the bag and gets a fresh bag to put THE SAME FOOD IN TO GIVE TO ME. Am I being punked? Clearly I don’t want the touched over food it’s not the bag that’s the issue. So I speak up and say that’s the same food in a new bag and the girl explains to him to make it fresh and tosses the other bag to the side but not in a trash! Btw I accepted the watered down drink that was being held by the server the whole time as she went up to 5 cars before me…….. only because my best bet was it wouldn’t be tampered with already or at least so I hoped! Anyways I’m trying to watch what they do next because I am now on alert of their health practices and want to be sure I’m safe and acceptable with what they are doing or else I’d be requesting a refund. He finally grabs new food and places it in a new bag but as he does that another girl at the drive thru tells me to pull forward to which I respond I want to wait for my food here. She gets snappy and says we put the bag other there it’ll be fresh food and I say well he is remaking it now I’d like to wait and she still continues to stare at me and say ma’am you can pull forward it’s going to be fresh food and just as I was about to say again that I am uncomfortable with what I just saw and would like to watch to ensure you guys don’t just switch bags as I drive forward the original server handed me the food that he just remade and I leave. The food was fine but the drink made my throat feel like it was closing up. I ordered a key lime sun joy and I’ve had it before and it didn’t taste the same. I ordered online and it shows my name and I frequent this place so I believe this was intentional and if it wasn’t it was still unprofessional and gross. What’s the point in me putting my car information if you are just going to carry my food up to every car and ask if it’s their food when I’m in a white Range Rover and those cars weeenr even white. I never had this experience before using the drive thru or any other form of pick up with chick fila but I have filed a complaint online and just wanted to comment for...
Read moreWent through the drive thru on a Saturday night, shortly before closing. What started out as bad only got worse. I was totally not impressed with the level of customer service that was (not) given. I ordered a 12 count nugget combo. With that I asked for no salt and if they could kindly minimize how many of the fries were with the ends covered with skin. I was immediately given a hard time, being told they cannot do it and they just scoop out the fries and put them in a container. I asked if they could just kindly try to make sure I don't have a container full of mostly skin ends (they taste like dirt to me and I won't eat them). At the drive thru pick up window I reiterated my request. I was immediately told they cannot do this and they just scoop the fries in and they have no control. I then told them this is the first chick Fila that would refuse to even try to honor this request. She then went to her coworker fulfilling orders and they both started laughing at me. They then started to talk to Summer in the back. They kept looking at me at the drive thru window and back to summer laughing. At this point I was afraid to eat my meal because the young coworkers were giving me such a hard time then doing things I couldn't see while they giggled and laughed the whole time. I didn't trust the scenario to enjoy my food at a restaurant that over the years I've learned to trust. Suddenly I felt unsafe and untrusting of it. Before I drove off, they said no one has ever asked for anything like this before and they don't know how to pick out fries because they are short staffed. To me, someone who has been a manager in the customer service industry, they lacked maturity, lacked customer focus and the customer is paying their wages, and they lacked obvious leadership as they couldn't self solve or do something simple without laughing and mocking the customer. This is not impressive and is...
