This Starbucks has gone downhill. After 3 bad experiences, I went to the manager and she was wonderful and apologized and offered me a free drink and paid for the precious order which I was overcharged and was inaccurate. I gave them chances after that and little mistakes I can understand but when I am paying $7 for a drink and being spoken to and treated like I am dirt on the street, never again will I bring them any business.
Today’s experience they did not put any sign that the inside was going to be closed (no reason why, but today the doors were locked).. no one wanted to answer the door so people called. They brought one lady’s order out and the gentleman who called after they told him that they were too busy and aren’t bringing orders to anyone and we have to sit in the drive through even though we all placed mobile orders for pick up. When I called and expressed my displeasure of bringing one persons order but no one else’s, I was only greeted w attitude and it was on speaker so everyone who was waiting with me heard it and witnessed it. The customer service is trash. And some how they always tend to overcharge. I get the same thing and when I notice a difference and have brought it up, they have said oh yeah whoops we charged you for almond milk. That is unacceptable. It seems sketchy. And not only that but they aren’t informing anyone of anything that is going on. And the customer service is honestly the worst. As much as I love my Starbucks this honestly makes me want to just start going to Dunkin.
During my call he said I can give you my manager and I said yes, I was not given the manager but in the mean time an employee walked to the door w and a gentleman asked to bring the manager out and the employees response was that she was not in today. So that also was interesting.
Disorganized, rude, long waits, higher chance of something being wrong than correct, no customer service.. completely...
Read moreI don’t know where to begin with the horrible experience I had today at this location! I guess to start, I always order through the app when it’s available, today I submitted my regular order via the app as I entered the parking lot (as always). There was a line (in drive thru) and as usual, pulled to the screen and let them know I was here to pick my order up. To my disbelief, I was met with combativeness and they chastised me for ordering via app and not the window! I was speechless! I was Told the time my order came through and what the current time was and to NOT do that and I would have to wait. I responded; “understood, I will just place another order at the window” (as I’m a customer in the drive thru). I was told no I will have to now come in they just got a large order! I then asked for a refund and was told to just call Starbucks corporate they can’t help. This was the worst experience EVER on my birthday…at STARBUCKS! I pulled to the window after a long wait in line and they were even more rude at the window, saying it’s not ready and to pull around and come in and shut the window! I pulled around as instructed and called corporate where I filed a complaint and received a full refund and a gift card for the horrible...
Read moreI come here almost every other day due to my house being one street over.. I usually don’t have ANY problem with the customer service here but I’m not sure what was wrong this day with Catilin or Caitlyn. As I approached the cashier to order she walks off with no acknowledgment, never said that someone will be with me momentarily. She first started cleaning up, went to the back a few times, came back out and started making the man in front of me drinks that she rung up and cashed out.. still no acknowledgment from anyone at this point. After a few minutes standing there, being constantly walked by and over looked by someone who saw me.. Frank finally asked me have I been help! So nice and polite he took my order and made up for the rude inconvenience! Frank save the day and earned the store 4 stars even though Caitlyn deserves 1 star! 5 stars for Frank!
