McDonald's — Restaurant in Tucker

I've been a McDonald's customer for over 45 years and have been to locations all over the United States and even in Brazil. I wish I could give this location a higher rating (because it is closest to me) but I cannot. I am too familiar with locations that are kept spotless and where staff cares about the food they are preparing.

Too many times I have come to this location on a McMuffin run and gotten home to find the bread was rock hard from being prepped and sitting too long.

Big Macs are poorly assembled (like they were thrown together) with the bun and half of the burger sliding off into one corner of the box.

The soda dispenser is never really clean (it looks wiped down) but never really deep cleaned (avoid the hassle and ask them to do your drink with the dispenser behind the counter).

I like the kiosk ordering system - BUT - if the kiosk is out of receipt paper, it seems like no one knows how to do a reprint (just ask for a manager and cross your fingers).

McDonald's fries are renowned for their quality, crunch, and salty flavor! At this location, the fries taste like the oil in the fryer hasn't been changed and frequently, they are served over-salted or with no salt at all.

The drive thru crew at this location is sometimes on the ball and can get you thru in no time at all... However, more often than not, it will take minutes before someone even acknowledges you at the menu, then you will likely be behind two or three cars trying to pay, and once you get through all that mess, you really need to open the bags while at the window to verify that your order is correct and fresh! Don't be afraid to confirm your order... After all, you already paid for it!

If you dine in, I recommend doing so in the slower hours. When it gets busy, they have a very challenging time keeping tables and chairs wiped down and clean.

I truly want this restaurant to live up to McDonald's reputation for excellence but there's just too much ego at the drive thru and behind the counter. Because of the frequent let downs, I have stopped going to this location and will drive twice the distance for something more consistent...

August 18 2023 I ordered my food via mobile and chose to go inside so I could wash my hands first of all, there was no hand soap or paper towels in the women’s restroom. I came into the lobby to use sanitizer in which there was no sanitizer in any of the sanitizer holders, so I went to the men’s room to get soap and I am a female I waited approximately 10 minutes. I watched the manager fix what looked like food for his self and leave without asking me. Did I need any help, a female waitress came out of the women’s restroom and she herself even mumbled something about there not being soap in the restaurant I weighed it probably another five minutes and still no one came and asked me if I needed any help or if I was waiting on any food nothing I stood there and had small talk with another customer who was simply waiting on cookies and at this point, I was very irritated and no longer wanted my food that I had already paid for on the mobile app so I left empty handed. Terrible service absolutely the worst and I work in fast food. I understand when the back of the house gets overwhelmed but a simple hello I’ll be right with you. Have you been waited on would’ve sufficed. I will not be returning to...

I wish I could give this location 0 stars and I wish I knew who ran this franchise the night crew here is garbage I work 3rd shift so it’s nice to be able to grab a quick bite before I hit the house and you would assume they’re open and ready to do business and take my money but nope 3 times in a row I’ve been here and have never been serviced it’s always someone on the speaker saying they’re closed even tho there’s a big 24hour sign on the building 3:50am 2:30am and 3:00am seriously ridiculous could’ve just went straight home instead of wasting my time stopping stopping. Last time I was here and they said they were closed I asked is the location 24hours and the lady repeated we’re closed at this time lol the disrespect could’ve at least hit me with the our systems are down or some other lame excuse but nope just pure disrespect and I am the petty king so i will now let everyone I know that goes to McDonald’s to not visit this location anymore. I will also waste an extra 10min of my night every night to stop here try and order some water and I already know they’re going to say they’re closed so I will have my insults locked and ready to go thank you for the terrible...
