Tonight I brought my family in to order some chicken I saw that the employee was cleaning up so I decided to order on the kiosk being that I'm a food service worker myself. Have we are getting ready to finalize your order the young lady came and asked me if anything she could help me with with my order. I've been informed her that I just like the barbecue on the side and I did not want the chicken wings tossed in the barbecue sauce. She then told me that she could not do that The reason being because the chicken would not taste the same. I let her know that that would be fine You want the sauce on the side and then she proceeded to argue with me. I didn't let her know that I didn't have a problem doing this before and then her manager came out of the back and accused me of yelling at her. I have a very strong voice The storm is empty and my voice naturally carries. For whatever reason other than my ethnicity that they felt intimidated by me is beyond me. The supervisor was rude and accused me of being overly aggressive and would not hear me out I just wanted to barbecue sauce on the side. I am a 27-year kitchen veteran in food service. I have never been to a place where they tell me if I want sauce I have to have my chicken tossed in it that is terrible customer service. Not to mention since the supervisor came out and raised the alarm half of the kitchen crew came out like they were going to do something to me. All because the young lady in the front did not want to give me my barbecue sauce on the side because the chicken would not taste the same. I just love the overall quality of food, service and convenience here. They clearly have higher standards and they follow them well. Spicy, sweet, addictive, and super crunchy chicken piece strips or wing plates, bibimbap bowls, polite service, ok beer selection (could be bigger), super efficient ordering and late hours make this place a perfect place to go for a quick, quality to go meal or a chill atmosphere to eat inside or...

Overpriced, small portion, and It gave me bad diarrhea for two days. I just wanted to try the new fried chicken place, but the waiter seemed inexperienced, forgot to apply the discount on my bill.
