7 Legged Spider Gallery — Attraction in Tucson

Hidden inside the historic Steinfeld Warehouse at the edge of downtown Tucson, 7 Legged Spider Gallery is a space I didn’t realize I was looking for until I stepped through the door.

The dramatic black walls and eclectic art provide a striking backdrop for gallery owner Nyx and the creative incubator she has nurtured here building a community focused gallery. This gallery offers a welcome reprieve from the fast-paced art world—a place where we can slow down, reconnect being an artist with the ‘why’ behind our art, and be encouraged to grow, both personally and professionally.

As an artist, I had the honor of holding my first solo exhibition here in November 2022, and I’m incredibly grateful for the launchpad this space provided. Since then, it has continued to offer me ‘soft landings’—supportive, nurturing moments that have helped me evolve in my artistic journey.

Whether you're a local artist, a collector, or just someone who enjoys exploring art exhibitions in Tucson, this gallery is for you. Open every Saturday from 12-5 p.m. for open studio (except the first Saturday of the month, when it's open from 4-9 p.m. for 1st Saturday Artwalk), and by appointment at other times.

For me, 7 Legged Spider Gallery is more than just a gallery—it’s a space where creativity is nurtured and where I’ve found support in my artistic journey. Awesome space to rent for a gallery opening. This building gets a lot of traffic during their first Saturday art walks and many other openings and events. 7 Legged Spider Gallery works with emerging artists, so if you want to do a solo exhibition you can rent the space to hold your very own show. They literally help you with every step and do everything they can to help make you event a success.
