We ordered 2 large famous stars with cheese meals with heavy heavy pickles on March 18th 2024 around 6:59 pm. Male Employee with tattoos on his face who says his name was alex at the 1880 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85719  was pacing and acting strange. Was acting like he was high on some sort of stimulant.

When we got our food he didn't give us our drinks. We had to keep asking him before he finaly gave us our drink cups. He continued to pace from the front to the back constantly while he was making our food as if he was doing something wrong.

He gave us our burgers and fries and we had to keep asking him for our drink cups. He finally gave them to us and we checked the burgers to see if they were made right. They weren't as they had hardly any pickles on the sandwich. We asked for him to give us a large side of pickles because the burgers were ordered with heavy heavy pickles. He refused and then started yelling at us that he isn't going to do anything for us. We kept telling him he needs to give us the food we ordered and he then told us he will only give us a couple tiny sides. He asked the other employee to make the sides and they were put on the order rack in the front out of reach to us. The employee continued to pace back and forth as we told him our pickles were "right there" and he just continued to ignore us pacing back in forth past our sides. He then started screaming at us that we weren't his boss.

We respectfully told him that we were considering that we're paying customers and he was refusing to give us what we ordered. We got to the car and noticed our fries were cold and after the experience and his behavior as well as what appeared to be drugged out behavior we were afraid to eat our burgers because we thought he tampered with them so we...

I so loved Carl's Jr when they use to care about their customers and when customer service was a priority. Their Western Bacon Cheeseburger was one of my all time favorites. I also really enjoyed their Fish Sandwiches, and it had been a really long time since I had one of these awesome Fish Sandwiches. So back a few months ago, I was famished and stopped by the Carl's Jr at Broadway and Kino Parkway. I ordered two Fish Sandwiches to go. As I went down the road, I grabbed one of the Fish sandwiches with my mouth watering with anticipation. An anticipation that was eviscerated with the very bite. What I was served was two very old, dried out and rubbery fish sandwiches. So I call the Carl's Jr and asked to speak to the Manager and explained how disappointing my order turned out. I was told that my order would be replace if I bought it back immediately and only then. There was no way I could go immediately back to Carl's Jr. This was my last time I've had the misfortune of giving my hard earned money to a company that OK with serving old, dried out, rubbery food to a customer and is unwilling to make it right in a reasonable amount of time. Don't waste your hard earned money here. Carl's Jr is yet another restaurant who chooses not to fully open, by leaving their dinning room shut down. Only catering to those with their own vehicles. All the while, many of their competitors have fully open, including their dinning rooms, and are fully practicing Social Distancing with limited seating and spacing...

I went there early this morning for breakfast, because I haven't eaten at a Carl's Jr. in many years and I wanted to try out their food again. Of course they had the standard breakfast fast food offerings, but I'm not a big fan of eggs and bacon. They have the burger combo meals available during the morning hours, so I ordered the famous star combo meal small. The lady was very polite and accommodating to my needs. It went for about $6.99 plus tax, which is very reasonably priced among their competition.

I went to fill my cup with unsweetened iced tea, but they didn't have any freshly sliced lemons out. Then after about five or six minutes the nice lady brought the tray of food to my table. So I took it back to ketchup dispenser to get plenty of it to enjoy my fries. The food was hot and fresh. The fries had to be cooled down by generously dipping them into the ketchup. The famous star burger was great, with all of the vegetable trimmings; fresh green leaves of iceberg lettuce, slices of tomatoes and onions, with a tasty sauce. Of course they have the delicious charbroiled beef patties.

Later during my meal, I walked up to the counter and ordered their California burger to go for the nice price of $2.49 plus tax. After I ate my meal and took my order to go, I visited the restroom. It was a very large and clean facility, which caters to handicapped customers. This is one of the better hamburger...

As an act of defiance against the “MAHA” administration, I have been making a personal effort to dine in at Tucson’s fast food establishments much more frequently, and this Carl’s Jr is perfectly located to have caught my business multiple times. I really like this location. The dining room is very clean and usually pretty empty. It’s got a more retro look, with red accents that catch the late afternoon sun nicely, gleaming flourishes of stainless steel, checkerboard floors, and wood paneling. With newly renovated Taco Bells and McDonald’s locations looking more like a hospital waiting room than a restaurant, it’s nice to see that Carl’s Jr still embraces the homey aesthetics craved by customers who choose to dine in. The food is okay. Hit or miss. I think Carl’s Jr burgers fall far short of Whataburger and are about on par with Culver’s. The one thing I always like to get here are the jalapeño poppers. That plastic cheese takes years off your life in the best way possible.

Carl's has always made some of my favorite hamburgers. They are big, taste great, and ate some of the best speciality options. For fast food, they are on the somewhat higher-priced side of the spectrum, but the extra cost is more than worth it for quality and quantity. If you've never had a burger from here... Why the heck not? Best of all, they now serve Beyond burgers (for a few dollars more, unfortunately), which taste just as good as the real thing - junk vegans, rejoice! At this particular location, the guy manning the drive through was a little rough. Maybe he was new? It took a bit longer than it should have just to take the order, but it came out fast and correct after that, so I can only complain so much.

I'm not huge on fast food but I'm on the road 🤠 that being said Carl's Jr was the closest 'n' quickest place everyone in my posse agreed upon. The store was clean 'n' quiet. No line. And the cashier, Claire or Clara or something of the sorts (sorry gurl, I forgot your name) was friendly and professional with us. I ordered a Beyond Star combo and she helped me navigate further by excising the cheese and mayo from the order. She also allowed me to upgrade to waffle fries. I wasn't sure if I'd have to order separately. Food came out fairly quickly and was gone just as soon as when we got it. Great little stop before heading back to the road
