This coffee cart will surprise you. At first you think oh another pop up coffee cart in Tucson…no. This is different so so different. Chappopin is bringing Hispanic heritage into the coffee scene in Tucson. The cafe de olla took me back to my foreign exchange student days when I lived in Mexico. The horchata made from scratch added to coffee unbelievable. I believe this is going to become a Tucson gem and I wouldn’t be surprised to see it grow in the next two years to extended hours and perhaps a brick and mortar.
