My family and I had a very strange experience this past Friday. Everything was normal, we went through the drive through, placed our order and the total came out to 43 and some change. The girl who took our order said she could take cash or card, we paid exact change in cash and she informed us our receipt would be at the window. Nothing out of the ordinary. We then get to the window, and the guy asks if we had the order with the milkshake and we kindly corrected him that it was not our order. He handed us our drinks after we told him what our actual order was. A couple minutes go by and he comes to the window and tell us our total. We again, kindly informed him that we already paid with the girl who took our order. He looked very confused. A few more minutes went by and he comes back to the window to tell us that according to the girl that took our order we never paid for our food. We didn’t really have much of a response to that because we HAD already paid but didn’t have a receipt for proof and we also paid in cash so no mobile banking receipt either. After a few more minutes of going back and forth and being treated like thieves, the girl who took our order confirmed we did in fact pay once she actually saw our faces. We got a piss poor apology from who I would assume was a manager or shift leader and handed our food after about 15-20 minutes sitting in the drive thru. Of course we checked all the bags to be sure we had everything and we were missing one medium fry with my order so my husband went inside to get the fry and when he came back he was not happy with the way he was treated. Once again we were being treated like we were lying and trying to get food for free. We have always loved coming here for food and our two year old also loves it but after yesterday we have a really bad taste in our mouth and probably won’t be going to that location anymore just solely based on how we were treated for doing absolutely nothing wrong. If y’all are going to have people taking orders outside you need to make sure there is a system and some uniformity so this doesn’t happen. We definitely took the way we were treated personally. We’ve had a million good experiences here but it just took one bad experience to change how we feel about Chick Fil...
Read moreLet me start by discussing the staff at Chick-fil-A in Tucson. The employees at this location were some of the nicest people I have ever encountered in a fast-food restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be working there and were eager to help me with anything I needed. They were also very knowledgeable about the menu and were able to answer all of my questions.
One thing that stood out to me was how the staff treated each other. They seemed to have a great rapport and were constantly joking around and having fun. This positive atmosphere was contagious and made me feel welcome and comfortable. It was clear that the staff at Chick-fil-A in Tucson truly enjoy their jobs and care about their customers.
The service - I was amazed at how quickly my order was taken and how fast my food was prepared. Despite the restaurant being fairly busy, my food was ready in a matter of minutes. The staff worked efficiently and seemed to have a well-organized system in place. The food was also prepared to perfection. My chicken sandwich was hot and crispy, and the waffle fries were delicious.
Another aspect of the service that impressed me was how the staff checked on me throughout my meal. They made sure that I had everything I needed and even offered to refill my drink. This level of attentiveness is rare in fast-food restaurants and it made me feel valued as a customer.
Lastly, the location of Chick-fil-A in Tucson is incredibly convenient. It is situated in a busy shopping center and is easily accessible from the main road. There is ample parking available, and the restaurant is located close to other popular stores and attractions. This makes it a great spot to grab a quick meal while out running errands or shopping.
Overall, my experience at Chick-fil-A in Tucson was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful, the service was fast and efficient, and the location was convenient. Read moreFrequent patron here, Dan in evening in the dining room is very good at keeping everything very clean and tidy. He is great to talk with and is very helpful if I need a refill or anything else. The very expensive hospital grade air handlers that use a hydrogen peroxide sanitizing filtration system cycle the air in the restaurant a lot which makes the restaurant about the safest to eat in if not the safest in all of the Tucson area. They use a sanitizer to clean the tables and seats that is guaranteed effective at killing any germs or virus that might be on the surfaces. Just let it air dry if it is still damp from the cleaning between customers. Using a napkin or cloth to dry the table renders it far less effective if not neutralize a lot of the good of the strong disinfecting sanitizing properties. Food is always fresh and hot and orders seem to 99.5% of the time have correct food, sometimes I don't get the condiments I requested in my app order or counter order and need to have Dan get them for me or return to the ordering area to get them. Not a huge deal... Most of shift managers are great and workers are always pleasant and helpful. Owner is great and he runs a very good Chick-fil-A, I think it is the best in town and I have visited Grant Road and Broadway locations many times in past 2+ years I have been back in the Tucson area. Highly recommend this location as safe, clean, pleasant dining with great food and people who operate/run...
