I will admit my phone service getting cut off was my fault. When I noticed I had my friend wait in front (I live in a gated apartment complex) and i waited back inside to make sure we wouldn’t miss our pizza delivery. If only the driver had made an attempt to deliver our large pizza, breadsticks lava cakes and four sodas. Sadly the map showed the driver drive right pass my apartment complex. No attempt to deliver my food. Honestly the first time I had experienced a lazy pizza definitely driver. Once the driver got back to the restaurant it the order tracker updated to say delivered. So my friend called the restaurant. It took over 10 minutes waiting on hold listening to a awful advertisement that was worse then most hold music. Until a young confused employee who had to ask the manager every question I asked answered the phone. Until the manager grabbed the phone. I’m guessing the manager was tired or something because the “I really don’t care” and “I really don’t want to be here” vibe was strong enough to be felt over the phone. I explained what happened and apparently the driver called and when no one answered decided to not even try to deliver are food. So the manager said “well we can have it redelivered but it will be about a hour. We have 20 delivery’s ahead of yours” Honestly the conversation had me feeling sorry that I ask them to do their job. I'm no expert but from my experience when a restaurant has something happen to a order they normally try to solve the problem fast not last. Honestly kinda felt like I was a kid who got sent to the back of the lunch line. At the moment I was hungry and just wanted my food so I just said thanks and waited for my food. Impressively it arrived in exactly one hour. Sadly the two hour wait time was too long for my friend who I ordered the large pizza, breadsticks, lava cakes and four sodas for to wait. Definitely a order for three or four people not one or two people. Well at least it should have been enough food for three to four people. Sadly the four sodas had been forgotten. Same with the dipping sauce for the breadsticks. The breadsticks looked good but was too dry and cold to eat without the dripping sauce. The lava cakes that are normally almost too hot to eat arrived with barely warm enough to still be delicious. The pizza arrived cold. Kinda impressive it got cold considering it was over 110F outside. I guess the cold did stop it from sticking to the lid of the pizza box that had been squished. I normally like cold pizza. I don’t like undercooked pizza that the dough is so raw it took so much chewing to eat that I was chewing the same bit for as long as it takes me to eat a entire slice of pizza. Honestly the entire order that I received was too raw and cold to be edible and too disappointing and insulting to want to eat. When the manger said he was going to have my order redelivered i thought they would remake my order. I would maybe expect it to be the same food if they had my order be the next delivery. To put 20 deliverys ahead of mine and to wait another hour. I honestly would have never thought that they would be redelivering the same food they didn’t even try to deliver a hour ago. The fact that they not only redelivered food that was originally badly made but they also forgot a big part of my order. Definitely made this the worst experience I have had ordering from domino’s. And I have order from domino’s at least once a week for 25 years and on average at least once a week from this location for the past 8 months. Normally a four or five star dominos. I’m not sure what has happened to this location but it seems like every order has arrived a little worse then the last. Todays order was inedible. Well at least the part of the order that I received. Read moreNO STARS i order here a lot and the last few times have been.... well they suck butt at this point!!! I put in a $55 order last week they messed up a pizza and the wings. So I call, and because I'm so nice i just asked them to replace the hot wings. (I wanted boneless with a side of bbq for my baby girl) the man was cool about it and said he would credit my account. No big deal. Last night I order and it was just me up so I order a salad and a sandwich @ 11:25pm. I didn't get my food untill 1:17am hot salad COLD sandwich. So again I call and the lady was so overwhelmed because they r short staffed. And again because I'm so nice i talk with her for a min and she credits my account. Today is my lil girls birthday so I figured hey why not cash in she's home and she loves her some dominos. I call to reorder and the rude lil girl that answers put me on hold cause it's lunch time (I get they may be busy but 8 mins leter) she comes back and said all she can do is the sandwich... I try to explain the situation and she cuts me off. Now I'm not the kinda person to argue with some random person so b4 it gets to crazy I ask for a manager and this girl did not want to put her on the phone. She said "she making the pizza AND I ALREADY TALKED TO HER SHES GONNA TELL U THE SAMETHING I JUST TOLD U BUT IF U WANNA HOLD.." I nicely say well can u go make the pizza so I can talk to her and get my food??
her.. "I DON'T MAKE THE PIZZA" Me.. " are u guys busy?" Her.. "SHE IS AT THE MOMENT" me.. "what's ur name?" Her.. "if u want to hold its gonna be a more then a few mins. Me.. "are u guys busy? 1) if u are I'd understand ur attitude (just a lil). 2) I don't want to be waiting 2 hrs for my food.. I can order later. Her.. again if u wanna hold its gonna be more then a few mins.
Maybe this is just me but I feel like if im paying for something i should get what I order. If u make a mistake.. fix it. I understand with the change they just had its gonna be hard to keep up with the business they get. But I definitely don't understand the attitude they give when we call in to get it fixed. It's just pizza not gold. The attitude I get from them is insane.. they r never happy to replace the food... this is what's crazy to me... they have a person check the food at the end of every order.. when u track ur pizza it says.. so and so is basically double checking ur order.. so why are they not catching the mistake right away... someone aint doing the job that was given to them at this point ur getting paid 10 an hr to stand there..
All I'm saying is DON'T BE MAD AND GIVE US ATTITUDE WHEN WE CALL IN TO FIX OUR ORDER WHEN AT THE END OF THE DAY THE PERSON DOING THIS SO CALLED QUALITY CHECK ISN'T EVEN CHECKING THE PIZZA. IF THEY ACTUALLY DO THAT... I honestly just think that's just what they say as the pizza just sits there waiting for a driver..

Today I called to make a pizza on a Sunday at 3p.m. When I arrived, the extremely 'over-weighted' counterperson, never recognized my entrance into the restaurant standing inched from him. No one else in the lobby, just me. This person, never lifted his sweaty face nor recognized me for over three-four minutes while he was laying on his arm over the cash register. His only words to the monitor he WAS paying attention to was, 'I hate it when this happens!' After three-four minutes, he looks up and looks past me in thought. After another 10 seconds, he says, 'Someone will be with you in a minute'. What?? Yep, it happened. After he realized no one else in the place is coming up to the counter he retrieves my order, I go to pay and present a Benjamin Franklin. 'We can't take that.' , was his response... Are you kidding me? Legal U.S. Tender? No notification anywhere on the door or anywhere else that they can't take a $100.00 bill. He recommends to 'get change at the gas station'. So you want customers to spend money driving around getting lower denominations of money to pay for a pizza?? EFFF all you at this store!!
Went down to McDonald's a block away and they eagerly took my Franklin without question. My Quarter-Pounder W/Cheese was excellent!!
