Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tucson

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit on a Sunday, 06/01. I came in around 9:00 AM to order two medium drinks and ended up waiting about 25 minutes before leaving with a poorly made order.

When I approached the register, it took a while for anyone to acknowledge me. When someone finally did, the employee didn’t make eye contact or speak directly to me—instead, she loudly announced to the room that they were very busy and suggested we use the order kiosk for faster service. I followed that advice and placed my order at the kiosk.

While monitoring the order progress screen, I saw my drinks move to "ready for pickup," but I never heard my name called, and I didn’t see anything on the pickup counter. I waited patiently for several more minutes until my name disappeared from the screen entirely. When I approached the counter to ask, the employee had to ask someone else if my drinks had been made. Turns out they had—they had been sitting behind the pickup counter the whole time.

By the time I got them, the drinks had clearly been sitting out for a while—the cold foam had completely dissolved—and the other wasn't even filled to the top. To top it off, when I finally took a sip of my drink, it was overly sweet and not well balanced.

I understand they were busy, but 25 minutes for two drinks, poor communication, and a subpar product is unacceptable. I’d recommend saving yourself the time and money and...

To your response dunkin. I was told that the manager was going to follow up and never cared to. So not only was the interactions going into your store bad but shame on your manager for not following up concerning issues. I have worked at dunkin as a team leader on and off for almost a decade. We don't leave spoons on counters we are to put them in the sanitizing cups, the counters were dirty, the blue rags on the counters are not there to wipe the coffee cups excess coffee with, the markers should not be opened with the employees mouth then put back on with hands.....of course no washing, the snackin bacon they say your location only cooks in the morning it is ok to leave out on the counter and not even bother warming it. "That's how management has told us to do", upon asking why is it so cold......ehhhh. scooping the ice with the cups and not the ice scoop. All of these are so gross and there's a few more. I love dunkin donuts and it's a shame this location is the only one close to my house the next is 7 miles away and the opposite direction that my life allows. It was by far the worst business transaction in this chain I've ever had and knowing the rights and wrongs made it sooo wrong. I spent 30 plus dollars at your location, nothing was right, bad attitudes then to be ignored after calling and giving my information. So I guess I suffer from my favorite addiction. 😥 I don't forsee my rating...

Before me and my girlfriend went to church she decided to stop here. She starts placing her order and the worker at the driver thru is giving off a condescending attitude repeating her self with a sarcastic tone, laughing in our face after I confronted her attitude, respectfully. As we get to the window she has the same attitude and all that was asked if there was sugar in my coffee. Come to find out the drive thru worker is the manager, your service is terrible and if you can’t get your attitude right quit your job me come apply at mines we are hiring and Before me and my girlfriend went to church she decided to stop here.
