Cynthia is the best!!! Always does my drinks right, gives out the best energy and always happy. I love coming here because of her. The does a wonderful job!

On the other hand, CLAUDIA(blonde highlights ,medium build) is just plain nasty and rude!! I strongly believe that employee attitude is what brings people into the store for a good customer service experience. Not the case with her. In my time there picking up a order she was disrespectful to 2 customers including myself. So apparently DD'S rule as she stated "Doordash orders are all always last to be prepared!" I just simply asked to please tell me an estimate on how long food would take in order for me to communicate to customers. It's just courtesy of all parties.

08/05/2025:picking up another DD Order. I didn't secure bag appropriately,it flipped and spilled inside the bag. I went back to see if employees could remake it or for me to pay out of pocket to remake since it was my fault. GERALDINE was understanding and graciously remade it at no cost. She absolutely saved my butt and my pocket. Thank you thank you!! I love to see that there is still wonderful, good...

Coffee quality decreasing at this location! We love Dunkin and go often, but this specific locations quality is dropping recently. Over the past month or so the quality of the drinks has been getting increasingly worse. I always order the same iced mocha latte, but the mocha flavor has been getting less and less noticeable over time. The last time I went my drink was super light colored and tasted like it didn’t even have any mocha in it. It’s disappointing because Dunkin used to always be consistent with their coffee. But now I feel like I’m wasting my money and left dissatisfied every time. I guess I will try a different location and see if it’s better somewhere else.

The customer service is never very good at this location either. Workers always act like they’re annoyed to be helping you. One time, the drive thru girl said nothing to us as she handed us our drinks & was talking on her cell phone to someone else.

Also, the hash browns are always super soggy and mushy which is gross. But this is a problem with all...

Over the past 4 months I've gone to this location three times. First time I went was around 11:30 a.m. they had very few donuts to choose from. A month or so later I went back again around 2:30 in the afternoon again they only a couple different donuts to choose from. Today I went around 5:30 this evening they had only a few donuts to choose from once again. I ordered a large iced coffee, the young lady had to make coffee poured it into a cup of ice which completely melted all the ice, it tasted like watered down cream and sugar. I would think dunkin' donuts would keep cold coffee available for their iced coffee orders. The young lady was very nice and friendly, but what good is a dunkin' donuts without donuts and good...
