Dutch Bros Coffee gave me and my family a great experience from start to finish. We went there for a quick drink, and it ended up being one of the best stops of our day. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were super friendly.

   Read moreSome of the people who are employed by Dutch Brothers are to sensitive and they try to hold a conversation with you and when you ask the same question they seem to get upset or when the question redirected back at them they don't like it,, case in point I went in to Dutch Brothers Coffee at 22nd Street and Alvernon Way and a young girl started a conversation with me and when I asked her a couple of the same questions that she asked me she laughed and said nothing to me but the next day I went back to the same location and I was told that the young girl felt offended by me asking her questions and the manager never asked me about what was said and scolded me and told me that if I was to come back that I would not be able to share in a conversation with the staff and I informed him that I Will Not coming back anymore and he told me that was for my future in coming in to Dutch Brothers and I told him that i won't be coming back to that location and he said to me that wasn't necessary for me to go that far and I will go to Starbucks instead...

I have visited many locations with no issues, but this location in particular always has issues when I visit. Iâm not one to complain or cause a stir because I am a people pleaser and see the good in every situation.
Unfortunately, when I visited this location today, we were skipped twice in line and when I spoke to the âBroistaâ about this he said âyeah I donât really know what to tell you, thereâs nothing I can do about that; maybe try Chik-Fil-A and have a better day.â Not really the answer I was expecting. I was so shocked I didnât even catch his name. After spending about 45 minutes in line I had just hoped for a simple âsorryâ or âhey letâs make it right.â; what I got was seriously disappointing and unprofessional. I COME for the coffee but STAY for the customer service.
