Wow. Just wow. I’ve had plenty of meh eegee’s visits, but TODAY??? Oh hooooo boy, buckle up. It’s 8/30/2025, I entered what I thought was a drive-thru, but apparently was just a parking lot disguised as a waiting simulator.
I yelled my order into the speaker (which I think was powered by sadness and static), and either they didn’t hear me, or they were too busy playing rock-paper-scissors to care. So I sat. And sat. And watched 3 whole cars crawl forward like it was a funeral procession—except funerals are faster. 30 mins later, I make it to window #1. Some poor soul there looks at me like I ordered a 5-course meal for the cast of Friends, asking if I made 3 OTHER orders too?? Sure, sir I’m just out here buying lunch for the entire zip code.
So I repeat my order (again), and then… surprise! ANOTHER 30 MINUTES in line for the second window. At this point I’ve aged. I’ve grown gray hairs. I’m contemplating my life choices. THEN the window flings open and they ask if I ordered THIS and THAT like we haven’t been playing “guess my order” for the last hour. I gave them my receipt earlier because otherwise I’d probably be handed a taco from another restaurant.
After what felt like the gestation period of an elephant, I finally get my food. I ask for ranch (because obviously, you need ranch to survive), and I’m told: “We charge for ranch now.” Oh EXCUSE ME??? I just waited 60 years in this line and now you wanna nickel and dime me for dressing?? The dude must’ve seen the “I’m about to cry” look in my eyes and just gave it to me. Gee, thanks, king of generosity.
This place should be condemned. How is it legally operating?? Is management on a beach somewhere watching this chaos on livestream for laughs?? Honestly, this isn’t fast food—it’s slow torture with fries. Shut. It. Down.
Don’t reply with your “Thank you for your feedback!” copy-paste nonsense—I will throw my ranch at the screen.
One star is too kind. Zero stars. Never again. And if you’re reading this wondering if you should go: DON’T. Run.

Read moreWhen it comes to delicious food and a clean environment let's talk eegees on Irvington just west of the I-19 freeway I visited eegees to have a pastrami sandwich which was delicious, prepared hot and served with some of their signature crinkle-cut fries that were very hot, fresh, and delicious. I also had a piña colada eegee's which was to die for in my opinion. If you want to try out eegee's and you've never been there, I recommend it 1000%. The staff was fast and friendly, especially Damien, who took care of us as we dined in. He took our order accurately, submitted it, and we had the best meal ever thanks to Damien and his friendly service. We will be returning to dine at eegee's and have some of their wonderful delicious food.

So I just found out that the nice young man Damien was fired because he wanted to go above and beyond for eegees and their customers. Apparently that is frowned upon by the managers. I won't get into details but it was also brought to my attention that they are cutting back on quality and charging more for the food they serve eggees was a family owned buisness but was sold to corperate not to long ago and they have ran that once AMAZINGLY GREAT FOOD into a over priced and qulity cutting unfair treatment of employee type of buisnes so wont be returning to eegees is... not somewhere...
Read moreI had a order for 7 people in the drive thru... and frequently with that many people the order gets confusing or messed up in some way. I don't normally review fast food places but this Eegee's was so great I felt like I should. Taylor took our order and she was exceptionally friendly and polite, more so than any fast food experience elsewhere in my memory. When I asked if I could change my order a couple times she responded with a cheery "of course!" She also read my order back a couple times (once at the speaker, once again at the window) to make sure she got it right. She also mentioned the Eegee's rewards program (since my order was over $50 I would apparently qualify for a reward immediately), which didn't get mentioned at a different Eegee's up north. Finally, the gentleman (didn't get his name unfortunately but we were there at 11:37am per the receipt) who handed us the food at the second window confirmed the order to us for a 3rd time as he was handing it over to us. With a larger group we frequently end up missing items at many fast food places, but thanks to their effort this was definitely not going to happen at this Eegee's. I really appreciated the effort from this Eegee's crew, I'd give them more than 5...
