Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Tucson

I ordered a 3 egg bagel sandwich, and received only one egg. I was sharing it with my girlfriend and she had already eaten her half before I saw. I went back and let the staff know, since it's an extra charge. There were no apologies from the manager with the baseball hat, instead they accusingly asked me where the other half was and after I told them, they threw the other half of the sandwich in the trash, tossed my phone on to the till, and walked away. I wasn't told if it'd be remade or not, but since it's basic costumer service I grabbed my phone and stayed to see. A few minutes later the same manager came over and handed me a remade sandwich, again reprimanding me for coming without the other half instead of apologizing for the mix up. This remade sandwich was also wrong, I had ordered it tosted and it wasn't. I decided not to say anything because of how rude the manager had been before. I understand that people try to get free food by saying something is wrong with their order, and being in the food service industry myself, I've experienced it first-hand. I heard a really cool J-Cole song here one time. Saved that one on Spotify and been enjoying it since. Actually sent me on a journey of discovering J-Cole is an incredible artist. Don't know how I missed out on his music for this much of my life. I mean I'm basically about to roll over dead at 21. Oh right they make bagel sandwiches here too. They usually mix up your order, just take whatever you get. I really just come for the music. Stand there about 3-4 hours a day. I usually don't eat anything....

I think rating a place badly after one slightly negative experience is generally wrong to do. However, I have had a slightly negative experience every time I've gotten food here, especially with the online orders. They refuse to toast the bagels in online orders, put wrong items on constantly, and never pay attention to extra additions. This time was the cherry on top, with some sort of red residue on the outside of the package. I really wish the food on campus was better and all I can do is vent...
