I have eaten here about once a year for the past 8 or 9 years. I usually have a decent experience. Their service is quick and efficient. The last time I ate there I arrived right after they opened and was told that they didn't have anything grilled available. I wanted a grilled chicken wrap, but had to settle for a chicken sandwich. Perhaps they could arrive at work before opening time and start grilling so all of their menu items are available when they open--just a thought. I feel like this isn't the first time I've been told that menu items are unavailable. This is the only Chick-fil-A where I have been told that. Read moreI mean, what can I really say about the Chick fil a on campus. It has really fallen off the cliff in terms of quality and speed. Entirely, the beginning of the school year they were really on top of things, now I just want a quick meal so I can get back to studying. That is not going to happen. I am currently finished ordering, no joke they are at 720 right now and I am order 870. A whole 150 people, my old Canes’ restaurant I worked at, would never let this happen. Also there is no sense of urgency, they have 5 people working on drinks and they are just standing around instead of going to the kitchen to help. Read moreI googled Chic Fil A near UMC in Tucson, AZ. Because we are visiting a sick family member at the hospital, and my husband and I decided to buy visitors of our family member food from here. We drive to all the way to this location walk through the food court to only find out that it was closed. I asked a worker to see what time they opened and she informed me that they were closed and did not open on weekends. Yet the website clearly states that it is opened and closes at 10pm.
