Cactus Grill — Restaurant in Tucson

I went in today after they had finished serving breakfast - looking for some breakfast food. I ordered an omelet and then wandered around looking for something to go with it. I'm not sure whether it was the manager or an employee who offered to throw on some tatertots and pancakes for me, even though they weren't serving them at that moment.

Honestly, this was incredibly nice and thoughtful of the staff to do - I hope they always do this when the restaurant isn't too busy!

As a first year student this place is my new go to, you pay a flat fee and get endless food. I was expecting mediocre food with limited options but they had EVERYTHING fries, burgers, froyo, orange chicken, salad, muffins, vegetables, eggs, fruit, chicken, literally so many options. Finally a great food option has opened at the Student Union! The system here is the same as 85 North. You pay a one time price which is valid for an hour. Then you're free to eat as much as you'd like during that time. You can also pay for a takeout box but you can't eat inside if you do. The food options were very diverse and tasty.
