Horrible experience. I ordered on my lunch break that was my first mistake apparently. Freaky fast? Absolutely not, took over 30 minutes to get my food delivered and I'm essentially across the street. I ordered thru the app because I am pregnant and I wanted my sandwich a specific way. I get my order and they forget several ingredients. I call them for them to remake it and wait another 15-20 minutes for me to get my lunch I originally ordered. The girl tells me she will put a sandwich on file for me on the house. I call the following week to redeem my sandwich as I forgot to bring my lunch. She reads back my sandwich order to me and informs me I'll have to pay taxes on their attempt at righting the situation. I agree because I need lunch even though making someone pay for your mistake is a wild concept to me. I get my semi free sandwich and what do you know??? It's wrong YET AGAIN! At this point I'm beyond upset and I should not have had to pay taxes to have my time wasted a second week in a row. I've ordered Jimmy John's many times before but this location is absolutely horrendous all around and that really sucks because I'd like to order my favorite sandwich occasionally during my lunch at work. 0/10 0 stars. Read moreWent in on last Thursday, was standing near the sandwich prep area, the two ladies at the prep area didn’t open their mouth to ask if they could help me nor did Nick, whom I found out later that was his name and he is the manager. Some guy walks in holding a black Deer Head Chihuahua, Nick gets really talkative then, asking this guy what he wanted, ignoring me altogether.
I then walked to the counter where this guy with this dog was standing, waiting patiently for Nick to finish with this person. After finishing with the guy with the dog, he immediately steps away from the counter to interviews a Ms. Zepeda for an interview, never once acknowledging that I was standing there. Neither of the two ladies part their mouths to ask if I wanted or needed anything. I politely picked up my purse from one of the seats near the counter and walked out. This location is in the Wetmore shopping plaza. I am requesting a boycott of this location anyone who is disgusted as I am.

Read moreAMAZING STAFF. Sandra and Gary are top tier in the most observant and genuine way. I've never felt so welcomed in a chain. Today they were very busy, but Sandra immediately noticed us trying to find a freshly cleaned surface & came over immediately to clean the one we selected before we set a ton of items on the table.
We were quiet, but they both notice everything and immediately provide a solution. I suggested to my boyfriend that we move to a table not directly under the fan, but before my boyfriend could even respond- Gary gently offered to turn the fan off. He was multitasking, noticing my discomfort while helping another customer, and immediately offered to simply turn the fan off for us.
Neither were in our face or off-putting when offering solutions, yet they absolutely made sure that we were comfortable, despite how very busy they were. I am legitimately impressed. Feels like my small home town, but better because it all felt so genuine and natural. No tension between them, and they seemed like they were on the same page in a very non chaotic way.
