Lindsay's on 4th @ Bear Canyon First off I was extremely excited to find Lindsay's on 4th @ Bear Canyon but my excitement turned into quite a disaster. We entered the restaurant and requested a booth and was told we can't sit two people at a booth shortly after that a couple (as in just two only) came in and was seated at the exact boot that were requested. After a 10-minute wait we were finally seated other couples were seated way before us.We then proceeded to order two appetizers which only one appetizer came out and we cancelled the other one. Our waitress was extremely poorly trained when we question the second appetizer she said I'm so sorry and walked away. We ordered two burgers on a lettuce wrap and only received one piece of lettuce and ordered them medium rare. When are Burgers finally arrived they were very well done. Unable to get the attention of our waitress and we finally were able to get the receptionist to get our waitress after waiting about 10 minutes she finally came over and we complain about the burgers being overcooked and she said sorry and walk away. Our waitress made no attempt to rectify the situation from her very over cooked burger she stated sorry and again walk away. We frequently patronize Lindsay's on 4th Avenue I and always enjoyed the service and the burgers cooked in my specification. I realize it's a brand new restaurant and they working out the bugs but there's absolutely no excuse that they can't accommodate a new customer at that location. As we sat there waiting for our check we actually overheard other customers complaining about the poor service and extremely poor training from their waitresses and they're cooking staff.Unfortunately I will never return to that restaurant and I will continue to patronize Zinburger who are always friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their a valued customer. I know I'm only one customer and you don't give a s* we both know Word of Mouth can kill a business just a reminder you're the third restaurant in that location that could fail. I'm unaware if you even read these reviews or even care. Mr Cohen Restaurant...

I’ve heard the hype about Lindys, my kids say it’s their favorite place. I was craving a burger so we decided to go. Got there about 9:40 pm and had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Shortly after, our waiter came with waters for everyone, which I appreciated. He took our drink order and didn’t come back for some time. When he came back, he was empty handed. He asked if we were ready to order. Never got his name until I looked at my receipt today. We ordered and another waitress brought our drinks a few minutes later. Food was delivered, we weren’t offered napkins, etc. We had to ask for all of that. During our meal, we ran out of drinks. Thankfully, they have the water carafes by the grill so we refilled our own glasses ( another waitress offered to assist when she saw us there). He came back some time after to check on us and then, we had to actually flag someone down for the check as he didn’t stop by. The place wasn’t that busy, so I’m not sure what happened. Maybe he was having an off night... The food was mediocre. My “ well done” burger had pink, the tomato was soggy, the bun was a little hard and the fries were warm at best. I will say the sauce was good. I personally liked the big screen tv’s and the music, but wasn’t impressed with anything else. For the price you pay, I would expect a little better. The guests in my party did enjoy their burgers, so I’m glad it wasn’t a complete loss. Three stars only because they enjoyed their food, for the waitress who offered to help and found our waiter & for the TVs up with the game on...

This was my first visit I brought my daughter with me. Who by the way loves food and is never picky ! We walked in and was greeted & seated right away by a young gal. She was full of energy and made the experience more enjoyable. I ordered the thunder buddy with the cheese whiz and a loaded fry. The thunder buddy was tasteless. The meat reminded me of the consistency of gyro meat . I started eating the loaded fries first cause I’m always a fan. A few bites in I decide to try the sandwhich, the bottom was so soggy that I couldn’t pick it up, the top bun was a bit dry so I decided to take the meat out and eat it on the fries. The fries were ok. They do make the cheese whiz in house. The fries looked pleasing to the eye but the over flavor was not there for me. I did request a side of ranch. Worst ranch ever! It tasted sour. Maybe they make that in house too!? Idk. I ate half the fries and half of the half of sandwich me and I was over it. My daughter order the Mac n cheese . She took a few bites and says it doesn’t taste cheesy. The chocolate milk shake on the other hand was amazing.!!! I’ve heard that they are more known for their burgers so when you go I’d stick to that. I’m willing to go back for shakes and maybe give the burger a try ONLY BECAUSE our waitress was super nice and the service was great. It was also pricy, maybe expected with everything going up the bill was $44...

This restaurant was recommended by a friend and the USP was the burger challenge.... well, I had no plans of taking the challenge ;) Food : They have a variety of burgers, some have outright complex ingredients that only the brave will try. I went for the Dirty Sanchez because it had jalapenos and pepper jack cheese. I asked for a side of the ghost pepper sauce to add to the kick. The burger was good but was a bit too greasy. I loved the fries with cheese and gravy on it. Dipping the fries in the ghost pepper sauce made it even better. My colleague had the 2 Finger Peekaboo and loved it. Drinks : We dint order any alcoholic beverages but saw folks drinking beer. Service : Was a bit slow when it came to taking an order. The food however arrived promptly and the waitress kept checking with us if we needed anything else. Ambience : A very casual place with indoor and outdoor seating. Wifi is available for Cox and TWC customers. They have TVs for those who are interested. Street parking is available with meters and can get tricky during rush hours. Pricing : Not an inexpensive place for burgers and fries. Will I return? : Maybe, if I am in the area. Definitely not the best burgers I have eaten. Wont make a trip here exclusively unless someone was taking the OMFG Challenge!

Featured on Tucson Foodie's list of best burgers! Lindy's did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and gave us our choice of outdoor (vs indoor) dining. Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing, and very kind. In the evenings, it's lovely to sit outside on the back patio with the overhead lighting. Perfect for a weekend date! But here's what you really came to the reviews for: The food is spectacular. I wanted to try every single burger on the menu - they are all very unique and flavorful. My husband went with the Heckle + Jeckle, which has a perfect balance of textures and flavors - crunchy and soft and gooey elements, acidic and spicy and fatty and creamy elements - the perfect burger, really. He said it was a 5-star burger. I got the Cow Tipper, it was packed with savory flavor. It's an Aus Jus burger, and somehow I think it's even better than a regular Aus Jus sandwich! The caramelized onions were perfect. The side of onion rings were also really amazing - they were very crispy, and miraculously the onions didn't come out in one piece when you bite into them. We'll for sure be back to try more off this menu!
