Los Beto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Tucson

Okay, so I bet they don't even read or care about these reviews but I'm being hopeful that they do. This one guy is always absolutely rude. He sits at the cash register being incredibly rude, making rude remarks about everything. I order a carne asada fry and ask if they can substitute the meat for egg. Because I'm a vegetarian. The guy makes a huge deal about it and even says he doesn't want to make it that way. Eggs are cheaper than meat, so, why would the owner have a problem with it? But I had ordered 4 veggie burritos at the box. I waited in line for what seemed like 10 minutes behind a car. The car leaves and I come up having realized I would only like to order 3 veggie burritos. I tell him I would only like 3 please, he proceeds to tell me that he already made the 4 burritos, that he wasn't going to only charge me three. That was ridiculous. Absolutely rude, disgusting and terrible. That man needs to be fired or put through serious customer...

Always have problem with service ! Just put 5 start so it can be shown!!! I really like their food, that is why I keep eating there. I understand in the morning it can be a little stressfull but they made me wait to get 2 burritos and let everyone else go even though they got there waaaayy after I did which I believe it was not fair because it was not even a big order and he still made some rude comments saying that for next time to be a little faster to order cause he is busy! besides that I always get over charged for example I got 2 small drinks and got charged for 2 large drinks. I had not been to this location in years but thought I’d give it another try since I was on that side of town. Got home was eating my breakfast burrito and almost ate a big (looks like fly) in mix with the eggs I don’t know if I ate another before hand but I don’t know why I look at my burrito and seen it there completely ruined my appetite….
