Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Tucson

This is a new location opening Friday May 3rd 2024. We had the opportunity to visit during their training day and wow were we impressed. Now this is a day to work out the kinks of a new team in a new store and yet they pulled it off as if they've been doing it forever. The team were all excited to serve the large crowd. The location is great with lots of parking or take advantage of the double lane drive-thru! They had order takers with tablets outside taking orders or you can order at the window too. Stay cool in the shade on the patio with plenty of seating. Chelsea served us our drinks with a smile. We tried the new Watermelon Fizz and it's was delicious. Reminded me of the Jolly Rancher Watermelon candies with the delicious strawberry bits as an added treat. My all time favorite is "The Islander" freeze with whipped cream on top. I like it Hot, Iced or blended they're all good anyway you prefer!!! I see this location rocking and you'll want to get over there and grab a drink! Be sure to join their reward program too...one of the best programs in the industry...

The drinks are delicious that I've tried. The staff is usually really great and friendly. You'll get the occasional staff member who probably should be hidden in the kitchen not interacting with the public, but it's rare lol The location is great if you live or work in the area. It honestly was a pretty illogical location for them to build it in because it's not convenient at all to general traffic in the area, but that helps it typically be much less crowded than a lot of other Dutch Bros. The only downside (or upside to some lol) is that they're right next to Ojos Locos, so you occasionally have teenage girls' butts fully hanging out or the creepy men who eat there right outside your window, which can be uncomfortable, and early mornings they have to clean up their beer bottles from the area, but that's not frequent, and it's not really their fault. I came in this morning to get 3 drinks for me and my friends. 1 of the drinks I ordered was a shark attack rebel blended, normal blend that’s all I asked for.. and they gave me this monstrosity of a drink. Not only does this NOT look like a shark attack but it tasted nothing like one as well. It was way too over blended than it’s supposed to be to a point where it literally was just ice. This it not the only time I’ve had bad experiences with this location messing up my order. But this was my last straw I want you to look at this and ask yourself why would I ever order something like that. Exactly you wouldn’t. If it weren’t for the fact that I was in a rush and to be frankly didn’t check all the drinks but this was observed. Please learn how to correctly make a drink because this is not first time where this drink specifically was...
