We got here at 1pm. Got seated right away.
We ordered our drinks and appetizer as we waited for our friend.
Our friend got there she waited 30 min after she had to ask for our waitress. When our waitress returned we had waited about hour min for our appetizer. When we asked she said we are very short staffed. I then apologized and said ok my apologies I understand no worries take your time.
We ordered or entrées 30 mins later our appetizer was ready and 5 min later our food was too.
My husbands food was cold. My salad tasted/looked soggy. Our appetizer was hotter then our food. Like our appetizer was ordered on the fly.
We ordered a pizza cookie but then our baby started to cry and we had to ask for the check so we can take her home.
When we asked for the check. Our waitress said what about the pizza cookie? I said we are gonna have to cancel we have to go home. She said sorry I had to go to the bathroom its ready now.
I said I said so sorry its just our baby is crying we need to go home we have no formula with us. we can take it to go. She with came with the pizza cookie which was completely raw. I have had them from here before they are the best! It tasted like raw cookie dough. Not even the edges were cooked. Plus it was the wrong cookie. When I showed the waitress she said the cooks said it was right. I said but you can clearly see it is not.
After that we paid but we noticed on the receipts she charged both tickets to my husbands card. Instead of apologizing she began to argue saying we were wrong. But the ticket showed my husbands name on both and card number on both.
My friend and I thought poor thing is having a rough day. My friend said I will cash app you. We told the waitress no worries we can use cash app. Sorry we should have just used cash app. The waitress stood there for 10 min still arguing with us now about us using cash app. We said please do not worry about it we can use cash app. We had to tell her that 3x.
The craziest part. Our friends sat with another party got there after us and left an hour before us. Their party was for 6 people. we were only a party of 3. We felt like a burdens for eating here. Which has. never been the case before.

Read moreHad a big catering order that was ordered online. Once I picked it up I was charged more than the orginal invoice from the online order. I was asked why it was more and the nice togo hostess couldn't figure it out and then asked the ( not so nice) manger (mike?) to look into it. He then stated to me that the pizza were supposed to be more than it was. Then asked how I ordered it?? and just said yes its supposed to be this price. I then stated That I ordered my order online and the customer cannot change the pricing as if the pricing was on their end and if there was an issue then they should make the appropriate change on their end, as the customers are paying for their mistake. At 1st he didn't sound like he wanted to do anything but then he actually decided to Give me a pizza for free which I greatly appreciated. However, days later I come to find out that he did not refunded The original overcharge And also charged the new charge minus the pizza. So he charged me twice including me refusing to sign the first transaction. In addition, on the second charge.. the receipt i did sign wasnt even the same amount pulled from my bank account!! Because my wife no longer trusted any transactions from this location...we got it settled appropriately and with kindness from the Corporate office. Food is great... im sure most workers there are nice but a long look needs to look at the customer service overall and obviously job tasks at hand. And just from reading others reviews about this location.... customer service has been an issue and still currently is. Maybe mangers need to set the example to start?? Friends and family have all experienced rude customer service from this location. Unacceptable... especially coming...

What we ordered: Drinks: Mango Tango & Black Tea Starter: Ravioli Appetizer (this had good flavor and was what it was supposed to be) My wifes entree: Mini Deep Dish Pan Pizza Lunch Special w/ caesar salad - we never received the salad. The pizza was good but for a "deep dish" it was pretty short on filling/toppings. The crust was high around the edges but the thickness of the center was not what inwould describe as deep dish. My entree: Heckuva Slice Lunch Special w/ caesar salad - never received the caesar salad. The 2 toppings had good flavor but the pizza crust and sauce tasted old. This "heck of a slice" was just 2 slices of pizza. Literally. It almost tasted like they threw some pepperoni and sausage on an old cheese pizza and threw it in the oven for a few minutes, 10 Wings - the wings themselves were much more meaty than what youd get at the wing places and were cooked well with good flavor. The sauce was very oily and most of it was on the plate, the wings didn't receive much sauce. Maybe they weren't tossed enough before being served? The cannoli: Great flavor and tasted fresh. I would get this again.
Service summary: we waited about 2 minutes after walking in the door before we were greeted. Greeter was friendly and sat us once she came out from the back area. Our waitress was nice and attentive but forgot a few things. I had to ask twice for sugar for my tea, and we never got our caesar salads. To be fair, we completely forgot about the salads too until we were eating our lunch leftovers for dinner.
Atmosphere: very good ambiance, restaurant appeared clean and was a very good environment.
