I paid a visit to the establishment around 4:50 pm on April 16, 2022, and observed several noteworthy aspects that require consideration. As soon as I walked in, I encountered a cashier who showed a clear lack of friendliness. Meanwhile, as my boyfriend and I stopped briefly near the entrance to have a conversation, another cashier unpleasantly informed us about the queue's position. She barely acknowledged our explanation that we were having a short conversation and instead chose to avoid eye contact and did not apologize or engage further.
The choice of background music caught my attention throughout the entire time I was there. But it deviated from the expected mood, as evidenced by instances of broken Bluetooth connections and the presence of explicit rap music. Comparing the sound environment to the typical clientele at the establishment, which typically consists of students, professionals, and people looking for a comfortable place to study or unwind, it seemed out of place.
Additionally, there were apparent issues with inventory management as there were noticeable shortages in the assortment of pastries on hand, essential ingredients, and disposable cups. This suggests a potential area for improvement in terms of inventory management.
I ordered a scone, two drinks, and two desserts. The quality of the beverages was consistent with what was expected, but the scones were quite inadequate. The pronounced dryness, crumbliness, and dense composition of it diminished the overall experience.

Today by far piss me off I ordered six drinks and of course I had to wait a bit not a problem. As the guy barista is calling out my name and putting my drinks on the counter I went and asked him if I can get a drink carrier since I am by myself and I ordered six drinks. Turned around looked at me and says we don’t have any carriers. So I have to take them out to my car in 2 trips. when I go back the last time to get the last drinks One of the drinks is missing so I tell him that since they didn’t have any carriers I had to make separate trips to take them to my vehicle and someone took one of the drinks . He just stared at me like if I was bothering him and said I didn’t see anyone take anything. He just carried on and just kept doing his work, so I went to the other lady who was the cashier and told her what happened and she said I’m really sorry That someone must of took it by mistake she ended up making me another one. Sad to say, that within all the years I've been a Starbuks consumer I have never been treated so bad, and in such disrespectfull manner. This Monday morning, as most day I bought my Soy Latte on drive through, and decided to just enjoy my drink at the location, after a while, a barista approched me, at the table, next to 5 other customers and asks "are you going to order" mind you, I was working on my lap top, earpods on, I say to her nicely, excuse me? (I thought I had heard wrong) She repeats her self, "are you going to oder something, because to be here you need to order" I said no, (I had alredy order and finished my Soy latte). She said "well I can take the order when youre ready, I am right here" She practically, in other words was kicking me out.
