This is one of the worst Starbuckās in Tucson, and especially terrible for DoorDash orders. Just today I ordered a mocha frappuccino and received a matcha frappuccino. The label is always right, but the drink is almost always wrong (see photo). Within the past couple of months, Iāve also ordered an iced peppermint white chocolate mocha, in which I received a vanilla crĆØme frappuccino. I ordered another mocha frappuccino one time and received something with a different flavor and cookie crumbles in it - I couldnāt even tell you what it was. If I order a beverage and select a different option for milk, that request is typically ignored. The last three iced matchas Iāve ordered Iāve had to stir and shake myself because I was tasting large chunks of bitter matcha powder with every sip. I finally decided just to write a review because itās that bad, and Iām beginning to wonder if they are doing it on purpose because it happens that often. I get mistakes happen here and there, but it shouldnāt be 90% of the time. Very strange.

The bathrooms were closed and blocked off, so there was no way to wash our hands before we had a treat, if there had been any. I had forgotten our masks and was not asked but told I needed to have a mask on to be in the store. I have no problem wearing a mask, I don't wantswant to COVID, but asking me to wear and mask and then blocking access to wash my hands?????? Plus I have been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and need access to a bathroom, right now particularly. So I get to hold my bowel movement uncomfortably. All in all rude customer service, bad hygiene practices, and no product for my son. I frequent another Starbucks, I will never frequent this Starbucks again! I hope Starbucks...

I knew right away something was wrong, but she assured me that my drink was made correctly. I took one sip and had to get back in the drive thru line to get my drink remade. The cashier did not greet me at the window, nor did she apologize for the mistake. When I tried handing the drink back to her, she simply stated āI canāt take that from you.ā without any explanation as to why. As a former partner, I understand that this would be a health code violation, and that is why she couldnāt take it back. However, if I was just a regular customer that wasnāt aware of this policy, I would have assumed she was just rude. Clearly they need to work on their order accuracy and customer service at...
