I simply cannot express enough how impressed I am with the extraordinary customer service and the unique atmosphere that this store has managed to create.
Every time I walk through the door, I m greeted with warm smiles and friendly conversation. The baristas here truly go above and beyond to make each and every customer feel special, and it is evident that they take great pride in the exceptional service they provide, even if they are swamped.
It's not just the service that sets this Starbucks apart, though. The store itself is a haven of creativity and community, with thoughtful touches and special events designed to cater to everyone who walks through the door. The table set up to honor the military on Memorial Day, the Rock trading stations, Trunk or Treat for Halloween, and even Santa Claus visiting during Christmas season, all contribute to an atmosphere that makes this Starbucks a true neighborhood gem.
One particular highlight of this location is their incredible cup collection. I was blown away by the variety of cups they had available for purchase, each one more unique and eye-catching than the last.
I've been to my fair share of Starbucks locations, but the team at the E 22nd St store has raised the bar. They embody the true meaning of pouring one cup of coffee at a time. If you're ever in Tucson, make sure to stop by and experience this gem of a store for yourself. You'll quickly understand why they...
Read moreI feel sorry for every dollar I spent at Starbucks. I was a truly loyal customer. Since moving from another state, I’ve been coming to this location more frequently and even made it my favorite. Every time I visited, I placed an order.
Today, I was fasting and decided to sit at Starbucks for a while. After about an hour, a staff member approached me and told me that I couldn’t sit there without ordering something. What?! Is that behavior acceptable at Starbucks?? At least wait until I leave I may order something??? When I express my frustration before leaving to one of the ladies that was working there , she acknowledged that I was ordering before.
This treatment made me really sad. Just to prove that I could order something, I bought the drink shown in the video—only for it to go straight into the trash. This will be my last time visiting any Starbucks location. Shame on you to treat a customer like that.
Below is my order history, showing that I was a loyal customer.
Also below a picture of a review that I made to one of the Starbucks locations six months ago and gave 5 stars, because the people working there were so nice and know my name each time I visit that location.
But this is the end for me , today will be my last day visiting any Starbucks locations anywhere, as my feelings got really hurt, you guys seem to not care about...
Read moreI have been to this Starbucks quite a few times but I am on the fence about returning. Overall, drinks come out fine and usually everything is great concerning food etc. but tonight I had a bad experience concerning customer service. I ordered on the app and got there 10 min. before closing to pick up my order. After waiting at the drive thru for 5 minutes or so with no answer I went to the front with my son assuming they didn't hear me or something. But the doors were locked. I tried to explain through the locked door what the situation was but the lady acted like she couldn't hear me and just scribbled a note saying they were closed. Fine. I wasn't expecting them to make drinks or anything (in theory they should have already been there waiting for pickup). But since this clearly wasn't the case at that point I just wanted to know what to do in order to get a refund from the app (a number to call or something). But nobody made an attempt to even really hear me out and just pretended I wasn't there after writing the we're closed note. I never order something right before closing but I had ordered ahead and was just picking up. If they didn't get the order or tossed it, whatever, didn't care all I wanted was info on getting a refund and they just assumed I was going to be a...
