Multiple times, I have ordered a white chocolate mocha latte at this location, and it has normally been fine. However, that changed when I recently ordered my drink and drove away before I tasted it. As soon as I took a drink, I immediately turned around, told them something was wrong with it, and had them remake it. I took a quick taste and told them it was fine and I drove away again (because of time constraints). Truthfully, it was still bad, but I was already running late. So, I stopped at the Speedway and 6th store and grabbed a new coffee. This order was 100% normal. So, I called the St Marys store and explained that my drink tasted off, and when I compared the two, their drink looked like plain, frothy milk and my new one definitely had more color and it was flavorful. That is when I realized that the coffees from them tasted like just plain STEAMED milk! I told the lady, and I was then offered a replacement drink at a later date (since I was already gone). Well, I went for that replacement drink days later, and when I got the coffee and tasted it, I instantly told them it is still JUST steamed milk. The barrista argued with me that I must be ordering it made differently and asked if I wanted more shots of mocha. I told them I buy the same thing at every visit and that what I order is straight off the menu. I told her normally it's fine, but this is the THIRD time this store has given me nothing but steamed milk. She barked that this was the third remake and again said they could add more mocha. I told her its the second remake and that they haven't added anything but milk. I denied the coffee, counted my losses, and left. I went to the Albertsons location and ordered my coffee, and guess what? It was absolutely fine. Either this store is skimping on ingredients, or employees just don't have a single clue as to what they are doing and need to be taught again. I have since been to the store down the street in Albertsons, the store at 6th and Speedway, the store at 1st and Wetmore, as well as the store on River and stone and I have never gotten plain steamed milk at any of these other locations. I have had ZERO issues. That means something is seriously wrong with this...
Read moreThis was my first time coming here on 11/24/2024. I had this very rude loud woman over the speaker. While I'm trying to place my order (2 drinks, 2 pastries and a pup cup) after every item, she yelled "what else!". She kept cutting me off after every item as if it was a bother for her to be at work and help a customer in a professional manner. There were no cars behind me, nobody at the walk up window and one car driving away infront of me. They were not busy at all. I have never had this treatment from a Starbucks employee before. Starbucks is known for there welcoming nature. Leana maybe should reconsider where she's works. Starbucks employees are known to be professional and welcoming, and that seems like too difficult of a task for Leana to accomplish.
Aubrey helped us at the window, and she was very kind, professional, and understanding. She gave us great service and her kind energy is definitely what Starbucks is known for. Starbucks should hire more people...
Read moreI am very upset with this Starbucks on St. Mary's located inside of the Safeway. There is always a long wait for your order and waiting for your coffee is much longer. I heard people groan and moan about the time it takes to take their order and especially recieve it. There was only One barista working this morning between 7-730 am and I felt really bad for her. She was taking orders and making the coffee. She appeared to be stressed and did not have any help at all. After, several minutes I received my coffee and it was not what I expected and tasted bland. I do not blame the barista but the staffing and management for the...
