Great fortune for us! We were getting a rental car next door and were ready for lunch after our flight. A google map search gave a long list of mediocre restaurants and then we found this food truck across the parking lot with great reviews. I ordered while my wife got our car. The food was scrumptious and hot. The burrito was so good we almost inhaled it! A beef burrito, two chicken tacos and two cans of soda for $21. The ladies don’t know English well, but plenty good to serve us flawlessly.

Well, Taqueria Rosita's is the first truck I went to, and let me tell you... I haven't tried any other food trucks in the area since then. Read moreDamn good tacos. These are the kind of tacos I’d make for my family. Asadas taste like chopped fajita grilled in the backyard and the tripa tacos were also really good. You don’t always know with tripa but I asked for them to cook them crispy like chocaron and it was fire guys. Tripas tastes better with the red salsa and the green went better with the asada tacos. I will be back a few more times being down the road from my hotel but the flavor alone I’ll drive across town for. Great job...
