My Husband and I stopped in for breakfast last Friday and everybody who says the morning staff on here is horrible, is absolutely RIGHT!! Especially the General Manager who happed to be there, Ashley. I can’t believe how unprofessional and RUDE she is. The staff had the lunch menu up, so I figured they were serving lunch, only to have the cashier with NO personality cop an attitude with me, roll her eyes and then fix all the menu boards. Then the cashier needed the Manager to void the transaction and when GM Ashley showed up, she was just as unpleasant and miserable as the cashier. Once we got our food, we asked for a couple of dipping sauces and GM Ashley had a fit because we didn’t ask for the sauces when we placed our order. She insinuated I was trying to get out of paying for them (which in the past, I’ve never had to pay for sauces, but ok) like I’m really trying to avoid paying an extra $.50 cents. Haha. Read moreI get to the drive through and had a young staff member $11 along with my debit card, asking him to charge the rest to my card. He calls over his manager for assistance and he finishes the transaction handing me my card and my receipt. They then hand me my food, I pull away and see they forgot my sauce, no biggie I go back they were nice about it I pull out again and stop.. they also forgot my drink . A little annoying but i also pulled off without my drink so i went back again and got my drink and left. Then I check my bank account to see they charged the full amount to card. "Just go to the window" instead of telling me how much it will be, is not okay. First and last time I will come to this Wendy's. Update: When I got to the window, I gave my coupons and only 3 jr frosties were taken off when I had 5 Jr frosties and a kids meal. The whole point of getting the coupons is to use them.
