Wendy's — Restaurant in Tucson

Went here for dinner. Waited over 5 minutes while all of the employees were in the back room laughing and clowning around with each other. After hollering several times they finally came out to the counter to get my order. I told the girl I could have walked out with anything I wanted and they wouldn't even have known I was there. I gave my order and asked if it came with a drink. She said yes and I paid and waited for my drink cup and she went to the back. When order was up she called my name and took off to the back room again with the rest of the crew and guess what, NO DRINK OR CUP FOR IT. I sat down and ate my meal and another customer came in and was standing waiting for service but again the whole crew was playing around in the back room. I told him to holler for them or he would be there awhile. He did and they all came out looking like the cats that ate the canary so evidently they knew they were doing wrong. As before as soon as he made his order they went to the back room. When his order was ready I asked the girl why I hadn't gotten my drink she said "sorry I forgot" my reply was that if they paid more attention to their job than horsing around with each other in the back room they might be able to remember how to do their jobs properly. I finally got my drink cup and not to mention my food was undercooked and the worst service I have ever had. If I were the manager I would fire them all and get someone with better work ethics to replace them. I hope someone in Wendys corporate reads this and does something to resolve this problem. These kid's want $15.00 an hour but aren't worth...

everytime i stop by this wendy’s, the employees are always so rude to me and other customers and have so much attitude. i get working fast food can be difficult and annoying, trust me, i worked at chick-fil-a once. however, i believe that spreading kindness even through a tough day can help. but whether or not it was a tough day, they were always incredibly rude. not only that, it seems like they don’t listen to the customers. just today, i had asked for a baked potato with everything on it. like the chili, the cheese, bacon, and sour cream and chives. i’ve done it before. but then they were like u have to choose one. so then i asked for the bacon and cheese with sour cream on the side. my fault was not checking before leaving but i had been waiting for over 15 minutes and once before, i waited 30 minutes for spicy nuggets. however, once i got home, i was missing my cheese in my cheesy bacon potato. it only had bacon and chives in it. the sour cream, i had to ask for due to the fact i knew they were going to forget once they gave me the bag and i was right. but to be missing my cheese when it was in the name? it didn’t make my potato as appetizing as i hoped it would and was so excited to eat. i don’t recommend going to this specific...

Came to order breakfast thru the app. Breakfast biscuits are still $1 and also showing that price on the menu (app). Placed my order and when I got to window the manager was there. He said that they were no longer on sale and that I still owe $6. Are you kidding me!!!!! Let’s just say I refused to pay the extra money. If you buy something through the app for a certain price and pay for it that price should be honored. Don’t have a problem at any other Wendy’s. I’m sure I’m not the only one who this has happen to. I believe this particular Wendy’s makes their own rules. Employees have gotten rude and the food is never fresh there. It’s by far the worst Wendy’s. The morning guy manager is rude and the worst Don’t eat at this Wendy’s !!!!!

This use to be my favorite Wendy’s to go to but not anymore. They say they back their food but that’s a lie. Frys are suppose to be fresh but they are stale just about every time.
