If you want the experience that Wendyâs company wants to provide to its customers this location IS NOT IT. I do not usually give reviews but this location needs some serious attention. Let me give you my reasons for this negative review.
UNPROFESSIONAL TIME MANAGEMENT : I went to make a mobile order 10 min ahead of the time to pick up the food excited to get hot food on a speedy basis and it still took them an additional 10 min when I got to the location. Furthermore an additional 10 minutes of my time was wasted when they mixed up my order with another one and they forgot to give me items for which I had to drive back to the restaurant.
COLD AND OLD FOOD: I was not too bothered by the 20 min time that the restaurant took to prepare my food as long as it was fresh, hot, and delicious but I regretfully bit into my hamburger to taste a cold patty that had seemed like it had been sitting out for quite sometime. The same unappealing taste could be said for my fries but to add insult to injury they filled my large fries halfway so I basically paid for a large fry and got a medium. I got nuggets and 4 out of 6 were good and fresh the other 2 seemed like they had been sitting out for days and tasted stale and foul. The only food that tasted good was the orange frosty that I got. Wendyâs motto is taste the difference⌠yeah I taste the difference alright, Iâll take my business to McDonaldâs if the food quality is like that at every Wendyâs location, yuck đ¤˘.

   Read moreWorst speed of service I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant! Over 20 minutes wait to get my food which the manager says is normal for lunchtime with 3 other customers. I used to work fast food management and to me, that is unacceptable. The only reason I came into Wendy's was because the bus I was waiting for broke down and I had a 25 minute wait till the next one. I was right in front of Wendy's and my kids were thirsty so I figured we could be quick and grab something to go. Little did that the next bus would arrive before my food did. The chicken sandwich was thrown together with a sliver of lettuce and fell apart on the first bite. The chicken nuggets were unevenly cooked, some almost looked burnt and some were undercooked. The fries were squishy but at least tasted good. I just don't understand how it takes twenty minutes to make a burger, four nuggets, and a fry with a whole kitchen full of people. Employees kept asking over and over what order they were supposed to be working on, many were standing around talking, they kept having to recheck orders and fix them, nobody had any speed or motivation to them. The manager walked around the lobby on the phone while everyone was waiting for their food. Honestly, the worst service I've ever experienced.    Read moreOne of the night time drive thru guys with the beanie was quite challenged when trying to take my order and at the end, he was also, oh so petty lol I had to repeat my order multiple times for a sour cream and chive potato (it's on the menu that way) w/ NO chives. He was talking too fast, I couldn't understand him and even his co-worker was right there outside probably could hear me asking over and over for SPECIFICALLY, a SOUR CREAM AND CHIVE POTATO WITH "NO" CHIVES. He kept talking over me and assuming what I wanted to order. I pay at the window then he tells me to pull forward to wait for my order, which no one else was even there--no other car waiting in the drive thru and the lobby was closed. I waited way too long and when he comes out, he has my bag folded over nice and tight. I thank him and leave. I immediately wonder if I should trust my food 'cause I could see the attitude in his face. I get home and open the tightly folded bag to see NO SOUR CREAM after I ABC'D the order to him đ It ain't my fault that he was in such a hurry to go back outside with his friend by the drive thru.
