Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Tucson

Ordered drive thru they took my card from outside of the building to pay for my one burger. when I pulled up they handed me my card and was about to hand me my food but then pulled my food in and told me my card declined the first time so I handed it back to them to run it again and because I didn't have the money to pay for the order again it obviously declined... I asked them to print the receipt, and the receipt numbers from the person in front of me leading to my paid receipt and declined receipt doesn't add up so tomorrow corporate will be getting a phone call from me. The young man was very uncomfortable with the whole transaction and his higher up needs to be held accountable, and be trained again because she obviously doesnt know how to print receipts out to see that I paid...

It was ok. You know what you're going to get when you go to Wienerschnitzel. It's not really high quality food but I have always enjoyed it when I'm in the mood for a gut bomb. I used to really love going there when I went to California because we don't have any in Oregon. This is my first time going to this one in Tucson. I don't know if it was just the day I went or what but I got a couple chili burgers and a chili dog and they were all really bland. The service was good though. my only complaint would be that it's tiny and there wasn't much seating. the other ones I have gone to in California had much more seating outside as well and this one had almost done so I had to take my food and eat on a sidewalk. Martha and Samantha are rude and unprofessional as well as inept. Refused to give drink already paid for and not given. Tried not to give drinks at all only gave food and then when asked about the amount of chili on the large chi fry which they had in their hand because they rook it back to looknatvit proceeded to add chili then return it and then say it was 60 cents and then tefused to give me my drink as well. And was cursing at me to calm down. Then eas tild they were going to call the cops because i said I should call the cops forntheft and also was yold never to return Wow this is what you guys have to work with. Fantastic job...
