I've ordered the food through delivery before and liked it but they often never gave any curry ketchup when you'd ask. So I thought I'd go in to this one since I was nearby today. That way I could try a combo and hopefully get that awesome sauce with the tots this time. The girl at the counter was completely monotone looking away and frowning as I ordered. Then of course they ask for a tip at the machine when I pay...expecting a tip before I even get the fast food is just ridiculous anyway. Then they bring out the food and plop it down.... frowning at me as I try am giving a smile, then turn and walk away still frowning while I am saying thank you. Look down and see the tots are all skimpy and half filled. The burger was alright but the tots looked half-eaten. Look at picture to see what I mean. The vibe just seems miserable and entitled in here.

A place right of Broadway Boulevard with parking entrances that sneak up on you unless you know what your doing (like I didn't and had to take 5min coming around again) and you should not go here in fancy clothes since the burger can get messy really fast (my experience), and it was delicious. Toppings usually free (bacon costs extra), so I got a double burger with no sauce and no cheese (I'm that guy), had the red onions replaced with grilled onions, then added the grilled jalapeno, thought about bacon but decided to be cheap this time (odd since I shelled out twice that much for fries...priorities), and for sauce I combined the honey mustard with curry ketchup (it's a thing!). Got messy fast (see picture; went through several napkins). Yum. A good place to visit after exiting the Century Park Place theater.

I freaking love Graze! I’m obsessed with their thick and creamy chocolate milkshakes (don’t you hate when restaurants have “chocolate milkshake” on their menu but it ends up being vanilla ice cream with Hershey’s syrup mixed in? NOT HERE BABY). And their burgers and chicken sandwich are TOP NOTCH. You can taste how premium they really are, plus the veggies are always so fresh and delicious. The lettuce, tomato, and red onion are crisp! And the buns are great! Fries are just okay but I’m not a big fry person to begin with. I love all their sauces, too! Sriracha mayo, curry ketchup, honey mustard, fry sauce. And of course good old organic ketchup. I can’t recommend this place enough! (I didn’t think to get a picture of my sandwich this time I went but trust. It’s stellar.)

I appreciate Graze going for the natural and healthier approach to hamburgers. Graze's website is easy to navigate with customized orders to suit one's personal hamburger experience. Why two stars?? Well, our pick up order was wrong - TWICE. Hubby and I ordered on line two burgers with what we specifically like and don't like. Again Graze gives you the option to customize your burger. Drove up, picked up order and drove home. Took a couple bites and realized the cooks put the sauces on the wrong burgers. Got back in car, drove back to Graze with receipt and burgers. Let the under 21 year old female cashier what happened and they need to be remade. She looks at the receipt and said, "well this is what you ordered, it's on the receipt ". I asked her to read receipt of specific toppings per burger, cuz I forgot my glasses in haste. I advised again, because she obviously didn't comprehend what I said, the sauces were switched. She did offer a weak apology and talked with another employee who instructed the cooks to make new burgers. He offered a sincere apology. Burgers were done, bagged and she handed them to me with a very flippant, "sorry this happened, have a good night ". I checked the burgers in front of her and said, one is still wrong. It has cheddar cheese and we wanted pepper jack, but I will take anyway. She said again with her immature flippant voice, "have a good night ". I looked straight at her and asked very directly, "do you really mean that?". She said yes, but I don't believe her. If Graze is "not" going to pay attention to customized orders, why offer that as an option???? Will I give Graze my business in the future? I don't know. Habit is right...

Tried Graze for the first time today. Really like the surroundings as the repurposed service station has a lot of character. The place was clean, the service was quick, and the staff, at least those we dealt with, were friendly. On to the food . . . .

Ordered the lunch special; Burger, fries, and a drink for $9. The drink was self-service, which is no bother in my book. The fries were outstanding and they offer several dipping options (also self-service) beyond the traditional ketchup. As to the burger, ordered mine with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and their 'Graze Sauce'. The meat was tasty, had a good rich flavor, though had they cooked it a little less, I wouldn't have minded. The bun was fresh and held together well, which isn't always the case with a big, juicy burger.

Overall, good marks. Nice place, tasty meal, friendly staff, and for a very solid price. If I return, I'll likely order just a 1/2 portion of the 'Graze Sauce' and see if they offer a med-rare option, but even as things were, lunch...

This place reminds me of In n Out but with more options. Staff was polite and had great knowledge of the menu. Omg this is the fastest service I have seen in a very long time. This place truly is fast food. They are faster than McDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King etc.

Graze single burger: The burger tasted good and was slightly under cooked. There was pink in the middle of my burger but my wife's burger looked fine. I didn't taste any seasonings in the meat. I had grilled onions on mine and it help give the burger flavor. Only negative comment was the burger tasted a little greasy.

Fries: The type of fries remind me of old Jack in the box fries before they changed them. I have to admit I do miss them and now I have a place where I can get them. Great in any dipping sauce.

Sweet Potato tator tots: Brilliant. Tasted great with my only two complaints are I would like them to be more crispy and have a dipping sauce that complimented them. Tried all of their sauces with the tater tots but nothing paired...
