Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee — Restaurant in Tukwila

Usually service is not spectacular but not awful either just an average coffee shop service except for today. I ordered a bagel and extra cream cheese, which I know costs a little extra. I got my bagel and cream cheese, left and started walking towards a table when the manager yelled at me that I didn't pay for extra cream cheese and needed to immediately return to pay for extra cheese....... She literally called out for the whole mall to hear like I stole it when her new employee she was still training forgot to charge me and I needed to pay for .50 cent cheese, seriously?! I'm not trying to steal your cheese, I didn't take it myself. I ordered extra and it was given to me with my bagel. The manager needs to learn manners towards costumers, that was completely not my fault that was on her and her barista team not knowing their jobs. Needless to say I will not be coming back I would rather walk the 3 minutes to Starbucks...

I used to live across the street from a Nordstrom and would go into their coffee bar almost daily so I was excited to find out there was one not far from where I now live. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with this location. I placed an order for delivery and was told not long after that two of my four items were out of stock. That was a little frustrating but I was still excited to get my favorite coffee and a croissant. My order finally arrives and the croissant is ROCK hard-like I couldn’t even bite into it. Literally the best coffee and tea around! Anytime I’m even near the mall I have to stop at the Ebar at Nordstrom’s! Quality drinks and food, great customer service and cute lil Knick knacks too! I want to give a special shout out particularly to Erin & Miss Tina for maintaining their poise and staying completely professional when dealing with an irate customer on one of the days I came by. Each team member is respectful and handles both their customers and products with care and top quality! I highly recommend going there to see for yourself, I guarantee it’ll make you reconsider that Starbucks...
