Came for lunch with my husband and it was an absolutely horrible experience. It started with them charging us for a pizza we did not order, and they would not have fixed it if I didn’t bring it to the cashiers attention. Of course he already rang our card, so now we have to wait for a refund. After receiving the refund receipt, I mentioned how the new receipt was still incorrect. The lunch specials that we purchased are advertised at $14.99 each, however the new receipt has our subtotal at $33.73. Their response was that prices went up, but they haven’t updated their menus yet. Next, we went to the salad bar only to see that there was no utensils available to get any of the items. One of the employees went to get some from the back, but he didn’t get enough… Nor did he go back to get more. I ended up having to use a plastic fork to get carrots into my bowl. Finally, my husband and I were ready to put dressing on our salad… Only to see that there was no ranch available. We asked the employees if they offered ranch for the salad, when one of them told us it was up there. When I informed him that, no actually, it wasn’t, he angrily pushed a rolling trashcan and walked to the back. A different employee ended up giving us ranch from the refrigerator up front. At this point, we are just hoping we get the pizza we ordered. We will definitely not be coming back here. There are only two other people in here eating, and they opened an hour ago.
UPDATE About 15 minutes after I posted the review they brought our pizzas to us, and they also informed us that they would just be canceling the order altogether due to everything that took place. I cannot honestly say I have received a refund, because it has not appeared in my account yet. Hopefully they did what they said, and I will be receiving the money back for this meal soon. I am glad that they attempted to correct the errors of their ways, but my husband even asked me if they would have done any of that had it not been for my review? Read moreWe use to come here all the time and order mainly from here until the quality of food started to go downhill including the customer service. Decided to give them another try after almost a year but they are still just as bad as the last time we went. The wings use to be very tasty but now they hardly have any meat on them and they were burnt and for that to me it's way too pricey and not worth getting, they still always forget the ranch with the wing order and the garlic knots and garlic cheese knots are still always over cooked (the bottom burnt as always) and they were dried out with very little flavor. The service was horrible including trying to get someone to answer the phone or to speak to a manager. Today they were so behind people were waiting over an hour even though they were told their order was ready and we also witnessed them passing out other people's orders to people dinning in just to get them out done and made the other people wait even longer. Even heard their inappropriate conversations that went right along with their mess ups. We were told 20 minutes but an hour later we finally get our food just to be told they took someone else's food because they didn't pick it up and gave it to us so we didn't have to wait any longer. Read moreI placed an online order for carryout and asked for the pizzas to be ready in an hour from the time I placed the order. I never received a confirmation email, so I called a bit after placing the order to confirm that the restaurant had received my order. They confirmed my order after speaking with an employee. I arrived to pick up my order and I was told that my order wasn't ready, not only was my order not ready, my order wasn't even in the process of being made. I double checked my pick-up time and sure enough it was 5 minutes passed from the time I had asked to have my order ready. I had a small window to have my order ready, and all the employee stated was that they had a lot of orders that needed to be ready at the same time. Which I responded, if you knew that you had all these orders to complete at the same time, why not inform the customers that you know you have no chance of having their orders ready on time that you will be late. At the end I was just issued a refund and I didn't even receive an apology. I understand that things happen, but what doesn't make sense is why you wouldn't pick up the phone and let your customers know that their order won't be ready at the time requested. Especially the online orders. I don't plan on ordering from this restaurant any time soon. Their inability to multi-task and have some common curiosity has persuaded me to go elsewhere...
