Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Tullahoma

DRY BRISKET CHEESE STEAK This location started out as a favorite. Now, the food is mediocre at best. We come here often, but this last visit has been the worst. The Philly Cheese Steak was terrible. The steak was super dry, crispy, and seemed like it had been sitting out on the counter for days. The wheat bread was so dry that it crumbled when it was picked up. I had to eat the sandwich with a fork because it would not hold together from being so dry. Cheese Steak???? I would call it NO Cheese Steak. There was practically none. I love the Big Kahuna with all the mushrooms and jalapeño slices, but I tried the regular Cheese Steak and I feel they had used scrap pieces of left over steak from precious sandwiches because it was dry, crispy and I had 1 mushroom and 2 pieces of jalapeños in it as well as 1 piece of green pepper and maybe 3 pieces of onion. Those extra veggies were not supposed to be in there hence my conclusion they used scrap food off the grill.

Management needs to quickly get this under control and re-train the staff to improve sandwich quality. I am sending notice to corporate for a review. These sandwiches are too expensive to be half thrown together and served like this. When they are prepared correctly, they are worth every penny.

Come on, Jersey Mike's, you can do better than this. Have some pride...

I just went to pick up 2 subs at Jerseys Mikes and the sign is off (at 7pm) so I called to verify they are open and she said yes so I walk in and she doesn't say hi or welcome she says "yeah, I turned that sign off" ummm ok so she takes my order I say I want a Philly with no onion she slams the meat on the grill and in 2 seconds she pulls it off slams it in the paper and THROWS it at the register. At the time I didn't know it was mine so then after I get the other 1 made, I start to tell her what I want on mine and she says "it's already made' and she points to the 1 she threw at the register I say well I need to add some things to it she then gets loud and says "IF YOU WANTED SOMETHING ON IT, YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT AT THE BEGINNING" She never gave me the chance she was too busy telling me how she turned the sign off because she was ready to go. And its only 7pm so it's not like it's close to closing time. Then she kept trying to argue with me. I promise you, you don't want to do this with me. I literally had to tell her, we are done here I'm done talking about it. If you hate your job this much then go get another one. This is completely unacceptable and yes, I posted this on Facebook and contacted corporate. The sign was off at 7pm but they don't...

Went in for a sub Wednesday night. Had to basically repeat myself several times to the young girl putting the stuff on it. She didn't ask me if I wanted this or that on it. She was just silent. Honestly she didn't even look my direction. Told her what I wanted on it. She does the first thing I say, leans back and stops. Told her again what I wanted at which point I went to pay expecting it to be right. Called to say it was messed up and was offered a free sub. Called at 8:30 Thursday night to see if I could get it (didn't even want the whole thing I told him I was happy with a mini). It was the same guy that offered me the sub the night before. Was told to call back tomorrow. No longer worried about the sub. They can keep it. Honestly it's just awkward. Like I don't want a sub badly enough to deal with any of that. Never have I written a review but I'd rather leave one than "call back tomorrow". Like I'm a nice guy. Just do your job. Typical fast...
