Excellent Service from Kristina and Cimber! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ve been visiting Dunkin’ Donuts recently, and my experiences have only gotten better with each visit. Today marked my third time, and I couldn't be happier! During my morning stop, I was warmly greeted by Kristina, a fantastic barista who was incredibly patient and helpful as I placed my order. She introduced me to some new menu items that quickly became my favorites.
Kristina’s friendly demeanor made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. I opted for a delicious breakfast sandwich and my all-time favorite bacon snacks with maple syrup – both were absolutely perfect. Her recommendations truly enhanced my meal, and I couldn’t express enough how much I love Dunkin’ Donuts over Starbucks. Honestly, I can’t believe I ever chose Starbucks in the first place!
Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by Cimber, another wonderful team member who remembered me from my previous visits. Cimber’s warm welcome and extra attention made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Their combined efforts created an exceptional experience that went beyond just great coffee and food.
Dunkin’ Donuts has become my go-to place for breakfast, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Kristina and Cimber. Their dedication and genuine care make every visit special. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service and delicious treats. I’m proud to support Dunkin’ Donuts and will never be going back to Starbucks again!

Read moreever since this location opened I have been nothing but disappointed in every single aspect that could exist. First & foremost, a big concern is this- Almost every time I go (because yes, I still go in hopes SOMEDAY maybe it will be a normal experience) they are out of donuts. Dunkin Donuts, outta donuts. This could be morning, afternoon or evening, doesn't matter, chances are if you try to order a donut, they will be "out" Regardless of that ordeal, I have many questions regarding this location specifically because I am just SO amazed at how ridiculous every experience has been. I have even come close to applying just to work there and learn behind the scenes of how that place is being ran, because I am THAT intrigued. As a person who grew up with dunkin donuts on the east coast, they truly are doing it a disgrace. On top of it all, my orders are never right. And the people working never seem to know what they are doing (is there a manager? a trainer? whats up dunkin corporate??) THEN there's the whole drive through window situation. Jesus Christ..Some days you get your food at the first window, and others you get it the second. OR you pay at the first window, get like a straw or something and maybe part of your order and then receive the remaining part of your order at the next window (all while theres absolutely no direction whatsoever) I am seriously not even mad, more so concerned about this place. its very unfortunate. i just want to be able to get a donut and move on...
Read moremy Dunkin experience was great today I went in for the national coffee Day promotion and some glazed munchkins but my drink didn’t qualify for the promotion and they were out of glazed munchkins went above and beyond and offered to chop me up a regular glaze doughnut. it was awesome and she explained the promotion to me and my drink didn’t qualify as well as she gave me a gift card for the next time that I’m in, I originally went through the drive-through but when I came back, I went in the store. Store is really clean. All the staff was being nice to the customers and my coffee was so freaking good. I’ll be back next Sunday.
This morning was the exact opposite . A waste of time. Complete waste. Imagine risking it all for a latte only to get to the store. Wait make your order. Wait to pay just for the cashier to tell you Apple Pay doesn’t work why wouldn’t there be a sign on the busted up menu in a drive-through or why wouldn’t she say that when we were ordering The things that I had to do just to get to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning and to leave empty-handed makes me never wanna visit there again. I think that could’ve been better communication. The time that I spent waiting in the Dunkin’ Donuts line, I could’ve waited in another coffee line....
