Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Tulsa

Everything was very good! I got the crispy chicken club meal with sweet tea. I didn't think to take a pic of the sandwich but it was surprisingly good! It was fresh/crispy and had a good flavor! I would have liked a little more bacon flavor, so it would be nice if it was a little thicker cut bacon or another piece or two. But overall I would get this again! The fry portions are huge!! They are small and crispy little perfect fries. I tried a bite of my husband burger and it had such a great flavor. Good quality meat and cooked perfectly. One of the best burgers I've had in awhile. I usually don't get burgers but I'll be getting one next time. I got the sweet tea and it was perfect as well. I like to dip my fries in honey mustard cuz I don't like ketchup. The honey mustard had a nice taste and was kind of horseradish forward, so if you're not into that, now you know. But you should try it with the fries! My toddler got a chicken strip kids meal. The chicken was fresh and juicy! He liked the little toy they gave us and they had chocolate milk. Before we left we decided to get an ice cream. I got the PBC & B concrete, my husband got the classic turtle concrete. I usually love banana ice cream, which is why I wanted to try the PBC & B (peanut butter cup and banana ). I haven't done a review in years but had to post this because this is a straight up health hazard and I feel like I SHOULD warn people. As the common saying goes, "I would give zero stars if I could" except this time, for a VERY valid reason.

I ordered a burger combo, but the problem was with the custard sundae I ordered (vanilla with toppings of cheesecake/brownie/cookie dough and chocolate sauce)

After only a few bites I felt something off in my mouth and when I spit it out I discovered a large FINGERNAIL in it. This is horrifying. I called the place to let them know and the employee seemed annoyed I was even calling! Offered a refund which I didn't even want I just wanted the problem addressed! I told them not to serve the vanilla custard until they figured out how a fingernail got in there but she just kept getting annoyed and wanted to get off the phone so I gave up.

I contacted the Tulsa Health Department about this place--so if any of you employees see this you better get ready for an inspection because this is NOT okay. I have an autoimmune disease and all of that nasty bacteria on that fingernail can get me very ill.

My husband picked up the food for me when I ordered it online and even told me when he walked in there the place was disgusting looking and there was rotting food on the floor.

Stay away from this place until they get their act together. Freddy's used to be great, no wonder they closed the other one down it's...

so today on valentine day i decided to go to freddy's to get my family take out for tonight and i can't believe how poor the customer service were and especially from the manager jacob and keep in mind i spend over 60$ every time i come there.... after i received my food and i checked my onion rings was over cooked and slightly burnt so i politely asked for fresh onion rings , Addison said well that's how they come so i asked again and she yelled for a manager in a rude aggressive manner so as i'm waiting i'm taken back to how unprofessional she looked not being groomed properly and how unsanitary she were while wiping her nose in between fixing fries as i waited so the manager Jacob comes and as i'm expressing how horrible her customers service and attitude were he looks at her and said this one and they made eye contact and immediately went into defense mode he also were very unprofessional...he didn't apologize or anything he jus didn't have a care in the world and made me feel uncomfortable so i dnt plan on visiting that location anymore although it's 7min from home i'll travel out to 71st location and i will add the other two women on front counter were very nice...
