KFC — Restaurant in Tulsa

I went online to order the 6 piece meal with 4 sides and 4 biscuits. But it only allowed me to choose original or extra crispy. I wanted 2 original. So I thought I would go in. Soon as I walked in two of the three ladies looked like they were in a bad mood. I tell her what I want and right of she says you can't change your 4 sides, they havw to be what's shown on the picture. I told her how I didn't have a problem online ordering 2 mash potatoes with gravy, 1 Mac n cheese, 1 fry. She said you have to get corn and Cole slaw. At this point she would stare at me to hurry while deciding what to do. She said I can get two originals and 4 crispy but can't change the sides. My total should of been around $21.96. Instead I had to get the 8 piece that comes with 2 large and 4 rolls for $35+. All be cause she was rude and wouldn't check or ask anyone else. I drive home 20 minutes to find they gave me 4 originals and 2 crispy. Opposite of what I asked for. Chicken was so dry and overcooked, they forgot my extra side I paid for, was missing my jalapeño pepper. Overall it was a terrible experience. I waited to call on Monday as the incident occurred Saturday. I was told someone would call me and nobody has. At the end, didn't get what I wanted, I got overcooked chicken, wrong type, missing 2 items. I never complain but they had...

I had a coupon today. They were pretty rude. I requested the sandwich be PLAIN, NOTHING on it. At home i go to eat it and there was 3 pickles on it! I tried scraping off that section, but the pickle taste was too strong so i had to throw it away!!!! They did not give me a receipt! They were out of all but one sauce. The girl very rudely kept saying, "only Buffalo Ranch!" I had to request the sauces, normally restraunts ask if you want any sauces. I forgot to ask for ketchup so while i was waiting for my food i called. The person who answered did not speak clearly with their accent. I had to ask if it was even that KFC! Like seriously, if you answer the phone at work you need to say who you are! I had to say who i was and that i needed ketchup with my meal before they bring it. I repeated myself at least 5 times before they understood. I live too far to go get my sandwich remade! And w/o a receipt and their rudeness they prob would not remake it! I assumed the receipt would be in the bag. The nuggets were good with honey tho. They were also very rude when i asked what their side options ard and theh were out of Diet Dr Pepper with only option being diet pepsi. I am diabedic and ended up with very sweet fruit punch. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I was just there went through the DRIVETHRU the and the lady that took my order was very Unfriendly, with an attitude and seemed to be offended when I asked if they had grilled sandwiches, after I paid, she told me to pull forward by the door and wait for my food, (even though there was no other cars waiting). After she brought my food I said thank you, she looked at me and turned around, I noticed she forgot the ketchup so I reversed to the window and said "can I have some ketchup?" And she said "IF YOU CAN SAY PLEASE!!!" I was kinda speechless lol. I didn't say PLEASE but did say "THANK YOU " after she gave it to me (thought she was going to punch me lol)...And said you know you're giving very bad cust. Serv. And she said " AND WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE??, YOU'RE ONE OF THOSE PPL. THAT THINK ARE BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE!!!" I said I'm sorry you're unhappy, but if you don't like your job find another one...
