overall, ive loved going here but dont think ill come back. next to the two registers, theyve always had a little table for pickup orders. i went in today after i made a pickup order, saw someone else who also had a pickup order skip the line, go to the pickup table, say his name, and was back out the door in ten seconds. i went to the pickup table right after him where i was ignored while the next ten or so people placed their orders. i had two different customers in line ask me if i had ordered or needed to go ahead of them, and explained both times with the woman at the register listening, that i was waiting for her so i could get my pickup order. she continued to ignore me. once she finally did acknowledge me and i told her the name the order was under, i was told that i shouldnt skip the line and that i needed to wait like everyone else. when i asked her why someone else was able to go to the pickup table and get their order and i couldnt, she said that that just wasnt what they do and i shouldve waited. she gave me my ticket (at this point it had been about 20 minutes since the order was placed) and told me that i still needed to wait my turn. if you dont want people to go to the pickup table for their pickup order, dont have the table there, dont allow people to order ahead just to ignore them and make them wait, and dont let some people pickup there and not others. there was absolutely no reason for her to blatantly ignore me and then treat me as if i was stupid and in the wrong when i did 1) what ive done for years when i had a pickup order and 2) what you allowed someone else to do five seconds before me. the fact that she not only took the orders of the people that were in front of me, but continued to ignore me and take orders from people that came in way after me was just...

I went into flame broiler today and placed my order at the cash registered. I had asked for a half and half plate no salad no fruit I wanted vegetables instead. This was supposed to be my dinner for work I work a 12hr night shift As I was getting ready for work at 4:30pm I noticed that they made a mistake with my order that they had not given me any vegetables and only rice. I decide to call the restaurant where I got my order from and I asked to speak with a manager so that they could help me fix the issue. The employee that answer the phone was very rude, condescending, ill-mattered, and overall had horrible customer service skills. I told him my situation that I couldn't go back to the restaurant that day. That I had to go to work later that day. The worker kept cutting me off while I tried to explain that I would just like a remake of my plate. He then proceeded to just say okay okay and hung up on me. I wasn't able to get his name or anything because like I said he just hung up on me I just feel very discouraged that FlameBroiler has employees are rude to their customers. I just don't feel that it's fair that I paid for my meal at 100% price but didn't get...

Bad food and horrible management. I do not recommend eating here. We ordered 2 to-go meals and both were inedible. The beef tasted rotten with weird texture and the chicken was old, dried out and gross. The meat overall was very low quality and the veggies were soggy and flavorless.

We felt sick after eating one bite.

They also do not cook the food in sauce like traditionally cooked and you have to add a sauce on top of unseasoned meat, veggies, and rice. I called to return the food for a refund and the manager, Danielle, told me that nothing was wrong with the food and that she wouldn't give me a refund.

She said she'd have the owner call me when he arrived at the restaurant later that evening, but no one called. It's been several days and he has not called to make this right. I surely hope the owner does not tolerate this behavior from his manager.

Not only was the food very bad, but the customer service was shockingly ridiculous and uncalled for. They sell old, poor quality food and they should be ashamed of their poor customer service.
