$$$ Fast and friendly. 🍴 Easy ordering and a great menu. Always feel welcomed and treated fairly. Family oriented. Clean inside and out. Prices are within reason. No table sevice here other than dropping your order to you. Sign up to the AP for a free classic sandwich. Pizzas are made to order as well. The management may be lacking in the operation of customer service. Polite though. I would recommend checking your orders before leaving, especially when carrying out. I ordered multiple orders and was dissatisfied on the service. It was definitely some miscommunication on one party or the other. Please give this place a try . I hope your not disappointed. If so contact the store manager. CINNABON MADE FRESH DAILY! If you never tried one you must get one!🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑

Today, I ordered the roast beef sandwich and the white cheese pizza with a sugar cookie at the location on 71st and Lewis. It was all delicious! The atmosphere was really serene, even on an extremely hot day like today. The shaded patio was very enjoyable with the breeze we had. I sat outside because inside was busy when I arrived, and I wanted to watch my Mend videos. The workers were extremely polite, helpful, and wonderful. As I was coming back inside for a refill before I left, two of them made conversation with me, joking, and we laughed together. I'm pregnant, so the choice to sit outside was funny to us. The food really hit the spot. I included pictures of the bathroom signs because I found it pleasingly comical, haha. Thanks for a great first experience.

Nice tomato. Thanks Schlotzsky’s. Would you eat this? No? Then why are you serving it to your customers? Y’all should really do better considering the prices people are paying these days for fast food!! And maybe train your staff to be a little more friendly, ya know, that thing called customer service!?! Let’s add my visit today 10:08/24: I get a chicken avacado pizza. I’m left waiting at the window for 18 minutes and then get home to a black avacado cut up on my pizza. Gross!! So now I’m in the process of picking it all off. Nobody wants to eat that garbage. Your food is expensive. Do better Schlotzsky’s!!

My complaint is lengthy so bear with me. I ordered two menu items by number to ease the process and was cutoff before I could tell the employee what I wanted to drink. She interrupted me so she could ask me what I wanted to drink. I laughed this off and was asked if I wanted any side orders. I then asked what my options were to which she responded sarcastically "it's right there to your right sir." I responded that to the right the sign was blank. By this time I was getting impatient and said to just give me some bbq chips. She repeated the order back to me and told me the price. To my surprise it was over $30. When I got to the window I calmly asked her why it was so much. She told me that the price listed in the picture was for the sandwich only. Now I know some businesses practice this very misleading technique of showing one thing and charging you something else. This was first time at Schlotzsky's. She offered the receipt if I wanted to see the itemized printout. I said no thank you and handed her my card. She then charged me and gave me the receipt anyway. After receiving a bag that I assumed was my order I waited for the drinks. She then looked at me like "what are you waiting for?" The funny thing was she was about to say something and then realized she didn't give me the drinks. She gave them to me then remembered she didn't give me any straws. I was upset but these things happen sometimes was my thoughts on the experience. Then i got home and found out that she gave me the wrong chips. Maybe she was new, maybe she had a bad day but c'mon people we gotta do better than this. I remember when you could get a Subway footlong for $5. Now you get whatever they feel like giving you...

There is nothing bad you can say about schlotzsky's. From the friendly staff that welcome you from the minute you come in to the immaculately clean dining room. It's nice that when you go to wash your hands before eating and the restroom is as clean as the store but also smells good. The food from this location is too notch. Hot and fresh and made correctly everytime I've gone. Yolanda was having a little trouble with the credit card machine but kept her cool about it the whole time and apologized before hand for the problems with her machine but no worries. This is why I will always come back to this location. I have always enjoyed sitting inside to eat. They don't play music real loud and it's always been somewhat soothing music as well. Out of all their locations I prefer the one at 71st and Lewis. I will always come back and never have a bad thing to say. Thanks for the...

I ordered lunch for my manager and myself to let her know that I appreciate the hard work that she does for the office, I ordered a gallon of raspberry lemonade, and then when my manager returned to the office, I told her that she got the wrong lemonade, she didn't realize that. But she called the schlotzsky and spoke with the manager, she told her that they no longer have the raspberry lemonade, well it is still on the website and you would think that the manager there would of reached out to me and let me know that they no longer have the raspberry lemonade, then I could of ordered something else. I'm not very happy after spending almost $7.00 for the gallon on lemonade that we won't drink. Thanks alot for not letting us know that you discontinued the raspberry lemonade. A phone call would of been...
