Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Tulsa

May 13, 2024 decided to try this place again out of convenience. Its filthy and at least 6 homeless people sitting there at the tables in the courtyard. Really made me regret ordering there in the first place! I Ordered online and parked in stall 12. My name came up and I waited and waited and finally it said Brandon was bringing my food out. I waited again and then I had push the button to ask where my food was. When he finally showed up with the order he barely said anything that I could understand! When I got it home there was a SPIDER crawling on my chili dog. I threw it away!!! The tator tots were cold and soggy!! Waste of money and my time! All of it in the garbage disposal!! I have attached a picture of the spider!! This location NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD!!! Picture below!

October 25th, 2023 I pulled into the sonic location 9310 E 71st Street In Tulsa at 1721 pm to order ONE item. An extra long cheese coney with mustard and onions. A black girl came on the intercom. She had me repeat the one item over 4 times! Then she tried to charge me for two. I said "no, I only want one" she fixed it and then said "What was that order again?" I repeated it again! Then she had the nerve to say, you wanted mustard and ketchup? I knew then she was taunting me and trying to piss me off! It was clear! I gave a $1 tip because I knew it wasn't the car hop's fault. I get the coney home and it's literally smothered in mustard to the point that I had to take a spoon and take a bunch off. This was CLEARLY done on purpose! I didn't eat the chili dog because if they were that nasty and un-professional god knows what else they did to it! Very low standards, no management and unsupervised workers! That girl taking orders should be fired! I wish I had her name! It was 1721 PM and store #3043 Stall #12 Check #239 My order total without the tip was $5.20! Shame on Sonic! It used to be a decent place!! The car hop's name was Jae. This location needs to be shut down! Its really bad and this isn't the first time! I noticed a LOT of 1 star reviews and some lame response from the "owner". Never offers anyone to replace the item or a gift certificate!! ...

If I could not leave a review I would. I did a mobile order today. Just drinks and a couple of sundaes since there was a special. Waited 30 mts still nothing. Checked in and the gal said we have already brought your order out. If you did we don’t have it. So to me that on you all and need to fix it. The gal didn’t even apologize. We call back she still continues to argue and tell it was brought out. Then tells us it not my problem call corporate to get your money back. Again all we wanted was our order. Then call back again and ask to speak to the manager. This same hateful lady tell us she is (Jennifer Swanson) was her name. Again will not help us. We see a carhop guy pass by. Working very hard. We stop him and tell him what’s going on. He (Jesse Alvarado) said I have too am a manager and have only been here 2 weeks. He was super kind and said what can I help you with. We gave him our order. 5 waters, 1 slush and 4 sundaes. He said I am sorry but we can’t get you a sundae our machine is down. Tell me how in the world Jennifer Swanson does someone else get our order than if your ice cream machine is down???? 4:20 at least Jesse brings us waters. No money back or order made right😡 Jesse Alvarado needs a raise!! As long as Jennifer Swanson is working there I will not order there. Highly recommend you ask for Jesse...

I love Sonic but my last visit was not a good one. I ordered a Double bacon cheese burger. When I get home there is zero bacon. The burger was slightly under cooked. For some reason I ate the burger. Immediately after eating the burger I started having some stomach issues. I did have diarrhea all night long. I'm still having stomach issues some diarrhea. Since I just moved to Oklahoma I had no medical insurance. I also don't drive do to medical issues. I was unable to go to the hospital. I came close to dialing 911 but I didn't. The burger was also cold definitely not fresh. I learned my lesson. I absolutely love Sonic now I'm not sure if I want to eat at Sonics any longer. I take partial blame because I made 2 bad decisions. I did not have my burger delivered. Sonics is a very short walk from where I live. I'm not telling you all this to get my money back nor free food. I simply just want you to know my experience. Unfortunately my experience wasn't good. I eat at Sonics often my food is always good warm cooked and the order is usually correct. I'm working on my insurance hopefully next week I will see a doctor. I'm still having stomach issues and diarrhea also....
