I cannot give a review on the authenticity of their Pho, but it looks like others have. I am not a Pho connoisseur, so my review comes from the mind and heart of just an every day Oklahoma foodie... With all that said, I give Pho-filled all the stars. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, whatever there is to give. The facility is beautiful, cute, and homey. The service was outstanding. We were served by two very sweet women who made sure everything was good. Food was served fast, hot and fresh. The flavors...again, idk about authenticity or anything like that, but I know delicious, and that is exactly what this was. The spring roll was good with fresh ingredients. The Pho...best I have had. The fresh ingredients are recognizable. The vegetables are crisp. It was great. I tried a Vietnamese Coffee - Saigon white Latte. While itbwas maybe sweeter than I prefer (At coffee shops tend to have extra espresso added to bring down the sweet) this was very delicious. I've seen reviews on pricing...yea, it may be a bit high, but it is a MEAL and it is fresh and a local business. Happy to pay more to support this than chain fast food. I will be coming back, and bringing others!

Overpriced for what it is. The broth lacked depth of flavor that I've come to expect in pho. Their "Deluxe beef" was anything but, you'd be lucky to get more than a couple slices of brisket and 3 halves of meatball. Noodles and tripe came all clumped together. For a place where you have to place your own order, and the only interaction with the staff is them bringing your food to the table, asking for 18%+ gratuity is outrageous. $6.50 for dime thick, 3" long egg rolls and $8.00 drinks is insane. Better pho can be found down the road at the Pan Asia grocery, and better value for the same cost can be found next door at the all you can eat sushi place. Definitely not "Pho filled" after my visit.

I rate a 3 because the price is high and the pho is not that great. I’m Vietnamese, So I know what a good pho bowl or a decent one taste like and it wasn’t good to me. For 13.99 for a medium or 15.99 for large, they need to work on their pho broth. Their bun Bo hue was pretty good. I loved it. They drinks looks great. I got the sugarcane juice which is freshly squeezed. I also have a 3 star because their egg rolls comes with 3 in an order for 6.99! The egg rolls are TINY! Geeze. Skimpy much? Their spring rolls is pretty good. I liked it! The place is nice and clean. Bathroom is also kept clean. It’s a cute place.

I recently dined at your establishment and wanted to share my honest feedback to help you improve. While I appreciate the effort and see the potential, there are a few areas where adjustments could significantly enhance the dining experience. Regarding the Pho: Price Point: I found the prices to be on the higher side. To justify this, the food quality needs to be consistently excellent. Broth Sweetness: The pho broth was noticeably sweet for my palate. While the provided side vegetables, including lime and fish sauce, helped balance the flavor, offering lime or lemon slices directly with the pho would be a welcome addition. Reducing the overall sweetness of the broth would also bring it closer to traditional pho profiles. Meat Quality: I commend the quality of the sliced beef; it was very good. Beef Balls: The beef balls had an unusual aroma and flavor, differing from typical Vietnamese beef balls. Exploring alternative suppliers or recipes for these could greatly improve their appeal. Regarding the Spicy Beef Noodles: Flavor Profile: Similar to the pho, the spicy beef noodles leaned towards sweetness rather than the expected savory and spicy notes. The dish lacked the distinctive fermented shrimp paste flavor essential to traditional versions. Meat Texture: The meat in the spicy beef noodles was unusually chewy and had an unfamiliar texture. Re-evaluating the meat selection and preparation is recommended. Noodles: The noodles themselves were excellent. Broth Similarity: The broth in the spicy beef noodles tasted very similar to the pho broth, which suggests they might be from the same base. This resulted in a lack of distinctiveness. I suggest reconsidering the broth recipes used for both dishes, to make them more individual. Ingredients: I recommend thoroughly reviewing the ingredients and recipe for this dish, as the current flavor profile deviates from traditional spicy beef noodle preparations. Overall: The pho has excellent potential with minor adjustments to the broth's sweetness and the beef balls. The spicy beef noodles need a more significant recipe overhaul to align with traditional flavors and textures. The price point needs to be justified by consistently high-quality, authentic flavors. I genuinely hope this feedback is helpful. I believe your restaurant has the potential to thrive, and I wish you all the best in your pursuit of...

**Price per person is based off appetizer, special drink, meal, and dessert for 2 people.

I was a bit scared to try it since I haven't had /Good/ Pho since moving back to OK. Lived in an area when I was active duty where we were flooded with amazing authentic dishes like pho more then the typical american fast food places. It was a rainy gloomy day and I really wanted my pho comfort food. Decided to give this place a try and I kid you not it was so good I almost cried. The best pho I have ever had. I had the deluxe pho and hubs went with brisket. He has been a bit anti pho after a bad experience with what was my favorite place near my duty station (Communication/cultural difference met a stubborn hot head....if he reads this sorry love ^^') He loved it! We got appetizers, they were above what I expected. The egg rolls he ordered almost started a fight between us. Im not a matcha fan but he is and the drink/dessert he ordered got rave reviews from a man who typically asks for managers to complain. My coffee was everything I wanted it to be and my egg waffle was great, also paired well with his dessert for sharing. I will 100% be back there. Please excuse the long drawn out extra review, I was just so happy with the food, service and vibe of the place it honestly caught...
