I came to this location in Tulsa thinking I would have a superior hamburger like they advertise and excellent customer service. I had the complete opposite. Drive thru took 20 mins. I ordered a hamburger,a cheese burger, fries, and a drink. Total came to $10.90 I showed them from their own website a coupon and they said it had to be printed. I paid with credit card. Opened hamburgers once I drove away and bread was all torn up and was smaller then the palm of my hand. I took meals back to store and asked to speak to a manager where I was not greeted with so much as even a smile.he asked what do you want? so I showed him the burgers and said "this is what I got, is this for real or a joke? You charge $2.25 for a burger without cheese this small that is eaten in two bites?" He drags out a calculator and adds it up and says "ya that's right". I told him I'd like to go elsewhere and would like a refund after I looked around and say how dirty the place was, I also seen a roach crawling up the wall and then seen behind the counter how dirty the kitchen was and the staffs hair not put up and flinging their hair around. He got real mad after that and jerked my friends cup out of his hand and said " then looks like your returning this too!" Roughly handed me waded up dollar bills and change and said "now you know what we have here, so don't come back!" I told him as I walked out of the store "oh you don't have to worry about that, I'm gonna spread you all over the internet and then Noone will come here" extremely dissatisfied and disappointed! Will never come near this place ever again! Extremely unprofessional and do not deserve my hard earned money.could have went to braums and got 10 burgers for what they are charging me but I chose to dine there today. Yes Weber's I have already reported you to the BBB next step is...

We looked through the window on the inner 🏞️ ng lot side of the building, where the entrance is located, and only saw one guy in line. Inside we went to place our order. There are two bar like tables side by side to the left of the entrance, you know as if trying to form a line. I can't say about the other side because I was distracted by ppl coming in and trying to make way for them to scooch up behind us. I just sat down at the table, my party can order...

This is the first time I have ever been inside, I usually sit in the car if the tables out by the street side are occupied. Unless the sun is beaming I stay in the car for shelter, they do not have the tables covered.

We went in this time because the last time we visited, it seemed really long for our order to be ready, we noticed a lady and young man sit down with food and we were there first. My party went to check on our order and they said it had been picked up! They prepared it again but really?

I sat there watching the young man eating my food Cheese burger Xtra tomato and mayo, onion rings and a Root Beer float. They literally went in and took our order and sat and ate it. It was unbelievable. How did they think we wouldn't know or the ppl inside.. smh.

But this time, the guy taking the order did not seem too happy how I was looking at the menu to order. We grabbed the food and left. My party felt tired and decided not to order. Driving home, about three bites later, I felt hydrated but was not getting full, I looked at my burger 🍔, I have never seen a burger patty so thin. I showed my party, I could not believe it. Idk how it could be shaved so thin.

I had never seen a pattie so thin, not even 1/2 the height of my pinky...unbelievable. I wish there was a drive thru. This place has really changed from when I would treat...

We have head nothing but great reviews about Weber's so we decided to give it a try! Saturday October 29th we walked in to a very small area with a very long line. The only reason why we went in was because the seats at Weber's were all held up by people that had Quick Trip cups or other things and were not there to eat at Weber's. This completely baffled me becuase a "Weber's Family" could not enjoy the Old Fashioned experience because of this. Sadly that effects your business as well and it seemed like none of the employee's really cared. I had 3 kids and 3 adults with me and since i am a breastfeeding mom we sat inside while one adult sat on the ground. It was extremely dirty and trash was on the floor under the tables. There were no napkins on the tables and when my child spilt his drink we had to scream several times to get a napkin. Finally my husband picked up one off the floor and we used it. How disgusting!!! We also ordered a glass frost mug, the best way to have Weber's and that we could not do either because they told us they don't do that anymore. If you change your menu it shouldn't be on the menu to order! We wanted the Weber's Experience and got nothing even close. I honestly as a customer and busniness manager myself am completely baffled a company that has been around this long treats their customer's like this?! The food was amazing but sadly we won't be back! I really hope this feedback helps so other's don't...

This place will forever have my family's business after the hospitality we received today. We were in Tulsa for the day going to the Aquarium and decided to stop for food before heading back home. After placing out orders we were sitting, and my daughter was on my husband's lap. Once we got our food she had a meltdown because she had to sit on her own stool and thought she wouldn't get any of the (massive) rootbeer float we got to share since she wouldn't be close to it. The woman that took our order noticed my daughter sulking and me trying to get her to sit up and eat, came out and asked her what's wrong, made her her own little float, and gave her a shirt. My daughter was beaming by the time we left. I bought a shirt for myself as well. I wished I wouldve asked her name so I could give them a proper thank you since I don't feel like us saying it 50 million times before leaving was good enough. Great food, greater people. It may be small but don't judge based on size.

My co-workers suggested this place for lunch. A little quirky diner with only like 6 seats inside. We sat outside, ir was rather windy but we survived! The Root Beer is phenomenal!!! The burger is what you would expect it to be - delicious. The fries are a definite pass for me. They are handcut fries which if you like them you'd be happy. Luckily everyone in the group ordered differently. We exchanged fries, tots, onion rings & pop corn chicken. In my opinion the Onion Rings were the best followed by the pop corn chicken. The nostalgia of such an iconic placed to eat is amazing. This place has been family owned & operated since June 1933.
