Starbucks — Restaurant in Tumwater

I've come here a handful of times now. Convenient instore location. But I've only had one nice experience there with an older barista. Every other time has made me feel like it was a mistake to order in the first place. This time my barista didn't have a name tag the receipt said the cashier was MSD. I remembered her from a previous time when she charged me to make a drink decaf because it's normally "cream based" So this time I added "cream base " to my order and she completely flipped. Her entire attitude changed because I mentioned I didn't want to be charged for decaf. Never ordering here again and by the reviews I've skimmed through seems like I'm not the only one with an issue when it comes to bad...

I thoroughly enjoy this Starbucks, they are fast and very charismatic. Ethan and ally are definitely my favorite barista.always smiling fun to chat with and great at recommending new products for me to try. The foods always fresh and crisp the drinks always on point with what I ask for. The facility itself is always clean and the display cabinet definitely is a big temptation for me as the food looks very appetizing behind the glass case. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I’ve found pieces of slime stuff in my ice and black pieces of something in the tap water. The workers are so so understaffed, and mistreated by management. The kiosk has been regularly closing at 5 pm due to the lack of workers, and management has refused to ban violent and/or egregious customers, resulting in a lack of safety for the employees. The 2 newest employees they were able to hire quit within their first month due to the horrible environment. This results in long wait times for everyone involved.
