I went here based on on the reviews. First, let me say I've had BBQ all over the US and in other places in the world. I am really not that picky. Havidng said that, I will give you the pros & cons of the ribs I had here:
Pros: The sweet tea was good. The ribs were subtly seasoned and allowed the flavor of the pork to come through. I liked that
Cons: Not much smoke flavor. Ribs over cooked. Only half the meat on the ribs was even edible. The rest was dried out & mummified.
